Service would be 10 stars if Possible.
Let me start by saying ive been in customer service for nearly 2 decades. Drive-Thrus and serving. Amber M is the best customer service provider ive ever seen. She made me feel welcomed and valued.

I had just gotten off work and it was late when I got to Sonic, yet Amber was perfectly cheerful and made me feel like a valued customer instead of a burden.
She gave me a few suggestions for my favorite drink (Ocean water!) which made it EVEN BETTER and I cant wait to go back to try her other 2 suggestions. (Sweet cream in Ocean water is AMAZING!) I didn’t even know you could do that!
The food was delicious and I loved that I had a bunch of options compared to the only other very few open late places in the area.
But seriously Amber was the highlight of this visit and the reason I felt so compelled to leave a review. Dealing with the public can be so hard and can really get a person down, but you’d never know that with Amber!
I honestly always get great service at this location, but Amber was above and beyond!
Thank you Amber ! People like you are the reason people come back! Never stop being you!

I didn’t know Sonic could give good customer service! I ordered a slush with cream and it looked like it didn’t really have any, so I asked them if they forgot, but apparently it was already mixed in, but they were still nice enough to give me a side of it. Super nice staff!

This place seems to have completely different workers then when I usually came here. I had to pull around twice because they gave me a different item that I ordered. The second drive around they still didn’t make it right. We used three different booths which were all broken so ended up just using the drive through which was fine. All the chicken was overcooked and tiny pieces… like they counted an edge piece of judt crust as a whole piece. and ordering took about a full minute of constant What, repeat that and alot of them talking to other people in Spanish.. alot of yelling.. what should be been a ten of fifteen minute wait turned into an actual hour. waste of time and money. Please use a different location or restaurant.
When I told them my order was I correct both times they took my receipt to confirm I wasn’t lying about their messed and the messed up food back…. don’t know why that was required. Both times..

I work in the area and visit this sonic on my way into work – this is absolutely the best sonic location I’ve ever visited. My food is always fresh with fast service and pleasant employees. I only wish the sonic near my house was even half this great!

Got a chocolate brownie blast with hot fudge and it really left something to be desired. I specifically added the fudge for an extra charge so that it would turn the vanilla ice cream more of a chocolate ice cream base and it didn’t. It seems like they added hardly any chocolate fudge to it. There were literally three tiny little bites of brownie in the entire thing. It was mainly just a vanilla soft serve with thin little shards of chocolate chip mixed throughout. Definitely not worth the price and very disappointed

A delivery service most of us use, after waiting almost an hour (and watching my driver drive all over town while the app continuously says “your driver is waiting on your order” ) sends me a message that the “ITEMS” I ordered weren’t there & I would get a refund.
So, Just for $hi+$ & Giggles, I called Sonic and said I have a crazy question. Thank God I did. Amber ( my hero!) told me she was intrigued. I then I told her what happened and asked if she had everything in stock that I had ordered. She said of course they did. We laughed after I told her what happened. She told me to come in the next day & she would take care of me. I did & she did.
Amber is the perfect example of what a person in food service should be. Happy about helping the customer, even when something negative happened due to a different companies mistake.
Whoever hired Amber Mumford made the best decision for Sonic. Sonic, you have a loyal customer in me now. Kudos X a million!!
