Delectable beef carpaccio mainly because of how well the crunchy fried garlic pairs with the juicy, thinly-sliced beef. Also one of my go-to spots when I’m craving lomo saltado; it’s not too saucy like how some restaurants make it but the flavor is all there and perfectly balanced. I ordered extra meat, but honestly barely touched it; it was filling enough by itself.

I went to Sup Noodle Bar recently and was pleasantly surprised by the $11 beef belly pho lunch special. I haven’t seen prices like that for pho since I was a little boy. I don’t know if it’s like a limited time thing, but they should keep that. The service is good. The workers are friendly and check in on you often. I also really like the drinks and the shaken fries are delicious.

However, as much as I like the lunch special pricing, I think that the broth is too salty. I had my beef belly pho “shaken style”, wok seared with various aromatics, and my boyfriend had his normal style. I initially thought that the saltiness came from the shaken style, but I tasted my boyfriend’s broth and it was also too salty for me. In fact, on a previous visit we had also gotten the egg rolls, which I also thought were too salty.

Outside of the lunch special, I also think that most of the pho options are a bit overpriced. I don’t think that the premium meat options make much of a difference and would stick to the beef belly if dining here. To be honest, the only reason I would choose Sup over other options is because they’re located closer to me.

Also, as a side note, the Anthony Bourdain glaze has always been really weird to me.

The pho here is absolutely delicious! Perfectly chewy noodles, generous portions of tender beef, and a rich, flavorful broth come together in an unbeatable combo—especially with free noodle refills!
Gotta check out the rib bone pho and the dry noodles variant as these also absolutely bursting with flavors too!

Only drawback is probably the wait times esp on weekends.

For Pho a place to go in Buena Park area. I always order Pho brisket. Man that soup is super consistent! Just the waiters are bit slow maybe the resturant is bit busy. Waiting is only 5 to 10 mins for 2 to 4 people. Definately Pho the best in this neighboor.

The best pho for sure! I ordered the combination pho, but next time, I am gonna order the rib pho. Free refill of rice noodles are so good, but wish their noodles weren’t bunched up. Please don’t order their dry noodles. The beef is mostly fat and the noodles are made of flat noodles. Didn’t taste like Vietnamese vermicelli dish.

My wife and I came here for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the combination pho with a spring roll, and my wife had the Anthony Bourdain Swaft. Both dishes were absolutely delicious — the pho had a rich, flavorful broth with perfectly cooked noodles, and the portions were generous.

A special shout-out to our server, Daniel C. He was very friendly, patient, and took the time to explain the menu since it was our first visit. His service really made us feel welcome and grateful for the experience.

We’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend this spot if you’re in Buena Park and craving pho!

first time here. great service from everyone especially our server Brandon. the Pho broth was fantastic. Has the beef belly special at $11 with unlimited noodles. My kid had the truffle fries with 3 dipping sauces , green was the best, and a side of rice for only $1! Water carafe serves at all tables and the Roy Rogers was on point. we’ll definitely be back!

One of the best restaurants for Vietnam food. But usually pretty busy with wait time greater than 30min during lunch and dinner.
Their stake + green secret sauce is a mush try here!

Originally was going to rate our visit a 3/5, but the servers deserved a bit more credit. My cousins and I visited here for my 25th birthday, and I love the Vox Kitchen by Kei Concept, so I wanted to try their other restaurants.

Parking: They’re located in a busy plaza. Finding a spot can somewhat be difficult.

Ambiance/Environment: We visited on a Friday night, and it was poppin! There were six of us in total. We joined the waitlist via Yelp at 6:08pm, and we were finally seated at 7:05pm. The estimated wait time was accurate. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Service: There were multiple people servers that helped us. Unfortunately we don’t remember their names. It was very busy, and at times, it became difficult to waive one of them down. I ordered pho, and although the unlimited noodles are a perk, having to constantly waive down a server and wait about 5-8 min for the noodles was such a hassle. There was a lot of downtime for me while I was eating. Despite that, everyone was really nice. One of the male servers forgot I asked for a to-go box, and he came back with a box and an extra pho broth for the inconvenience. I also forgot my viet coffee, and the hostess went to get me a whole new viet coffee.

Food: (I’m only going to rate what I ate)

1) Parmesan Fries – My fav appetizer! The fries were crispy and delicious. It also came with three different dipping sauces.

2) Shaken House Fries – My cousins ordered this, and we all shared. We really liked this! The fries were also crispy. The sauce and meat was were mouthwatering.

3) Pho Combination – Despite the recessive amount of downtime I had while waiving a server down for more noodles and waiting for the noodles, the pho was actually good. The broth was flavorful and there was a generous amount of meats.

4) Vietnamese Coffee – Wooo this was stronggg! If you want to stay awake throughout the night, then drink this at 7:30pm like us.

Pricing: My cousins constantly mentioned how small their portions were, especially for its price. I thought the pho portion was generous, but the wait time for more noodles was the downside. Would we come back? Probably not. We’ll happily go back to the Vox Kitchen instead lol.
