Reviews
Everyone loved the noodles and the salad even though it was over dressing
Both dishes were promptly served and the presentation was nice… But it was a touch pricier than I expected.
Service was attentive and the attendant had some great suggestions to review of the menu.
We paid USD223 (inclusive of 22% tipping they have added to the bill) for our table if six pax.
Portion was good, delicious and traditional thai food, but bit expensive.
Restaurant has a good ambiance and design.
Will definitely try other dishes when I get back.
My husband and I decided to try this restaurant because it was close to our hotel, and we are so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The gentleman at the front desk promptly seated us, and a lady brought water to our table.
We placed our order with the same gentleman, who was very pleasant and even commented that he also loved the spicy fried rice I chose, which was a nice personal touch. Our food arrived fairly quickly, and the portions were generous.
This was hands down the best Thai food we have ever had. My spicy fried rice (level 4 spice) was absolutely delicious, moist, flavorful, and packed with chicken. My husband ordered the honey chicken with cashew nuts, and every bite was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We truly had a lovely meal.
The only downside came after we paid. I had just finished paying by card and, within seconds, a lady came out from the kitchen asking me to fill out and sign the receipt, including the tip amount, even though we planned to tip in cash. Her approach felt abrupt and slightly uncomfortable, especially since she didn’t smile or explain clearly. For a moment, we thought something was wrong with the payment. We asked her why and she mentioned it was to prevent anyone from altering the receipt, which we understand, but the manner could have been more courteous.
Despite that minor moment, we genuinely had a wonderful dinner and would highly recommend Mango Thai for anyone looking for fantastic Thai cuisine in the SeaTac area. Just maybe be ready to clarify your tipping method ahead of time. We will definitely return next time we are in town.
I started with the Gai Sate, which were marinated chicken skewers grilled and served with a flavorful peanut sauce and cucumber salad.
For my main, I got the Panang Curry with Chicken, and it was amazing—creamy, perfectly spiced, and packed with flavor. To drink, I had a Thai Iced Tea, which was just the right amount of sweet and refreshing. I didn’t get dessert because I was already too full, but honestly, I was more than satisfied with what I had.
The service was fast and efficient, and the staff was super friendly. Even though the prices were on the higher side, I felt like it was absolutely worth it because the food was well-prepared and high quality.
The atmosphere was also really nice.
It was modern, classy, and intimate, making it a great spot whether you’re dining solo or with company.
If you’re in the area and craving some good Thai food, I highly recommend checking this place out. Definitely a solid find near the airport!
