the service was fast and the lady working at the window was sweet! but the fries werent salted and it wasnt full (only half a bag of medium fries) the cheeseburger although good was about the size of my palm, so pretty small. overall my experience was ok! i would come here again.

I use sugar free syrup but McDonald’s refuses to carry it. Most of the staff act like drones and won’t even smile when they bring out your meal to the table. There is no social interaction with the staff and customers. Feeling like “Hi wadda Ya want” kind of attitude.

Probably one of the worst locations I’ve been too. The people they have working in there are really bad. Please tell me how there are no less than 5 employees who are standing around and no one else in line but me and I had to pull up and wait 15 minutes for my order and it wasn’t extreme. Very basic combo/drink. Not to mention the issues with placing my order were a bit much. The girl taking the order was too busy talking to actually pay attention. So I had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker and still had to correct her at the window. Get my food home and was very disappointed. I ordered 2 large fries and 1 medium. This is what they are giving people who order large fries. All 3 were below half filled. This being the worst. I know it’s fast food and I could just eat at home but when I decide to spend my money and time at a restaurant, fast food or not I expect to get what I’m paying for. I worked at McDonald’s. It is not a hard job to ring up orders and there is downtime to talk and play around but it’s not when customers are present and can hear you. It’s rude and poor representation of work ethic.

After waiting 10 minutes for my order I asked for an update and the manager a very thin lady with black hair (currently) yelled at me to keep waiting. Lol that was unexpected. Is this really happening? This is not the strangest part of the story. After finally getting my food, while eating my double quarter pounder with cheese I noticed the middle was cold. I took a look and the meat was uncooked. I then took the uncooked burger up front and people stopped working and walked up to look at it and pointed out to me “yep that’s not even cooked”. The manager was no where to be found. The kid up front encouraged me to report this saying “you should report this to corporate”. Terrible and bizarre at the same time.

i ordered the grimace shake tonight for me and my brother to try it and they gave us vanilla shakes when we ordered the meal so that doesn’t make sense. nuggets we’re stale and my moms cheeseburger was messy and we found some weird burnt thing in the wrapper. we also got no straws??☠️ my big mac was the only good thing but there was HEAPS of sauce and it was almost sickening so i took off that peice of bread. my mom ordered extra onions and it was written on our receipt. i think u can guess there was no onions. fries were stale too but i still ate them

Among other items, ordered quarter pounder with cheese – no bun – for dine in. On kiosk was told food would be delivered, it wasn’t and was not hot when they called loud enough so we could hear them. Bag was packed to go and burger was put in sideways so all the cheese was stuck to the lid of the container. No flatware given to eat my burger with. No straws at drink station. Also had ordered m&m Mcflurry and was given an oreo one that I couldn’t eat because I am gluten free. Had to go back up to counter where I waited for several minutes waited to be acknowledged so I could get correct dessert.

Staff playing around. Floor dirty. Used deal on app so free kids meal, but cold & chicken nuggets old & dry. Glad for BBQ sauce, but was given 4 cups for 4 nuggets– wasteful. Manager needed to monitor &/or discipline middle-school kids who made restaurant unwelcome to others.

This is how my sandwiches were in the bag. I didn’t unwrap them this is right out of the bag. They were cold and barely put together and not wrapped. The buns were dry and cracking. Had to go back thru the driver thru again because they forgot the fry’s. The fry’s are normally good but they were cold and hard. Missing strawl for my drink.
