I specifically ordered all items substituting beans for beaf. I could see the staff preparing food was confused and told her specifically all items in my order were beans not beef. She totally dismissed me with an indifferent look. When I came home late night, I realize two Chalupas contained beef. WTH ♂️
Edit: Went the next morning (mainly to express frustration and give feedback). The staff in the morning shift were quick to remediate with replacements.

My first time trying Taco Bell. A tiny quantity of food for what we paid. With that said the food quality was not as bad/processed as I was expecting. Clean dining area and facilities at least. Our family check at Chipotle tends to be about $5 more but we have enough left over for dinner too. Here I left feeling hungry. Perhaps we just don’t know what to order yet.

Tried going in an ordering food. Self serves were full so went up to the register. Tried ordering just spicy potatoe soft tacos. Lady behind the counter goes we don’t sell those here (I’ve been to this location before and they do in fact sell them). I got its literally right there on the menu, third item from the bottom she turns around and looks at it and goes “oh a chalupa?” I say no the spicy potato soft taco, literally right there for a $1.59. She says she don’t see it, I walked right out the store. Should of just waited in line for the self serve I guess.

It’s almost 10pm and Taco Bell is open inside. This location is approx 10 min from The 7 eleven. They have lots fast food, banks,
Stores and lots of parking. There are 4 pork items not avail in California. I don’t eat pork, But that’s super amazing that they have different items added to their menu.

Amazing quality. Food is almost always made perfectly as ordered. Always a big crowd in the drive thru, saying that…. they get through the vehicles pretty fast. I highly recommend this taco bell. Customer service has always been good when I’ve gone here. Food always tastes and looks fresh as well!! The food is even presented well. It looks as good as in the advertising photos! Good job guys!

Fast and quality service. The appearance of the food should be used in the advertisements. Quality is their goal and this location goes beyond the standard. Update: 3.23.22.
I recommend to check your order before leaving the location. It doesn’t seem like much but when I got home I found that the Supreme Crunchy Tacos did not have the diced tomatoes. These tacos are a dollar plus more to purchase and the tomatoes are part of the cost increase.

While the workers are friendly enough, they get something wrong nearly every time we go here. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDERS!! Also, we asked for extra sauce for the dippers, but as you can see, they only gave us one with barely a dip’s worth in there…of the wrong sauce. ♀️
