Use to like this restaurant. I order pad Thai with chicken on New Year’s Day. Thought it was made too fast. It does not taste like pad Thai. $20 for that? Hell no. The vegetable fried rolls taste and looked burnt. That pad Thai taste like noodles in a tomato sauce. It was the worst pad Thai I ever tasted. It even looks too red. Like just tomato sauce. Taste no spices. Take your money elsewhere.

We had a wonderful experience at this Thai restaurant! We ordered the Pad Thai, Shrimp Rolls, and the Combination Fried Rice — everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and authentic, and the portion sizes were perfect. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy our meal. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and we were pleasantly surprised when the owner personally came over to ask for our feedback. It really showed how much they care about their customers. Highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be coming back!

You know you’re at the right place when you enter. Beautifully decorated in bamboo pices throughout the restaurant. The server and owner were extremely friendly. We started off with a Thai tea. Which was Texas size. Then we orders pad Thai one with chicken and the other with beef. My only complaint is the beef could be better quality. Packed with flavor. The portion size was plenty, leaving us with leftovers for lunch tomorrow. We’ll be back.

Thai Dee is truly one of our favorite spots! We recently celebrated a birthday party there, and as regulars, we can honestly say the food is always consistent, fresh, and delicious. The portions are generous, and there are great selections for vegetarians. The spring rolls are especially delicious and highly recommended.

The service is amazing—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming every time we visit. We also love that it’s BYOB, which makes celebrations even more fun. There’s a great sense of community with the staff and other patrons, and it’s always a place we enjoy returning to. Highly recommend Thai Dee for both special occasions and everyday meals!

Ah, Thai Dee…this place was the family go-to restaurant 10 years ago. Unfortunately we moved too far away to visit regularly any more. However, we found time one weekend and made the drive down on a Friday night. The restaurant was full, but we were the only ones in line. I thought we’d probably have to wait 20 or 30 min max for a table, boy was I wrong. The staff seemed short handed and the food was coming out at a snail pace. They were making dishes for the tables, but seemed to be focusing in on Uber Eats and DoorDash orders, those were flowing pretty regularly. Our 30 min wait turned into 45 min, and all along the staff assured us that a table would open any minute. It didn’t, at least for another 20 minutes.

Finally we got seated and a new waiting game started. It was 15 minutes till someone took our order, which of course by then we placed drinks and the food at the same time. Drinks came fast and they were the stars of the night. The jasmine tea was fantastic and the only reason they got 3 stars instead of 2 on this review. Appetizers came in 8 min after the order, so not tracking too bad. Apps were good, but didn’t knock out socks off. At this point, the wait gets worse.

Our main dishes didn’t come for 35 min after placing the order. In fact, we got our food 15 minutes after the restaurant had officially closed. They weren’t shooing everyone out the door, since the place was still about half full, but the end of night cleanup process was giving the hint to hurry up. When they brought the food they apologized for the delay and said one of the dishes had been prepared wrong and that’s why it took so long. So, our one plate was fresh, but the other had evidently been sitting under a heat lamp for 15 min or so. The food was just meh. It wasn’t seasoned well and was just kind of bland.

The poor restaurant is in need of some love. They did 3/4 of a remodel 15 years ago, and other than shuffling tables around it’s just the same. Tiles are missing from the roof, dust is an inch thick on vents, and the curtains at the door have taken a beating. They’ve invested in hardware to accept Uber and other delivery orders, but they’ve used none of the profits for upkeep. They could really invest in different materials for the walls or ceilings, the endless wood makes it very loud when the restaurant is busy.

Sorry Thai Dee, but it’ll be a long time before we give you a shot again. Maybe in another 8 or 9 years.

I’ve heard about this place for Thai for years and finally got a chance to try it out. I am a big fan of fresh vegetables, slightly spicy sauce, and juicy proteins in my Thai food. We started with the pot stickers which were slightly doughy and needed the soy sauce for flavor. Not my favorite. Then we had the Thai Dee Lite (mine) and Red Curry(partner’s) for mains. My dish had been packed with proteins and noodles but very little in the way of vegetables – I counted 6 peas, 5 slices of red pepper, and onions sprinkled throughout, so it was a bit misleading for a “lite” dish. However there was enough for two sets of leftovers! My partners Curry was delightful according to his review. BYOB is a nice touch, and the decor is warm and Thai focused (although seems dusty), but the neighborhood is pretty sketchy.

Sub par for food, ambiance, and service. Nothing terrible, just not memorable. The hot and sour soup was pretty good and full of veggies. The other dishes just did not hit the spot. The basil fried rice had nothing in it, not even any basil nor any vegetables. Another noodle dish we had was lacking in flavor completely. Maybe my expectations were higher after always having amazing Thai food in New York City, but I had higher hopes for this place, especially after being recommended by several locals. Not terrible, but just not what I expected.

Easily one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever visited based on service and food alone. Guests are often seen bringing in bottles and even coolers thanks to their BYOB policy. I highly recommend their Tom Yum soup with both shrimp and chicken, which was absolutely superb. Prices were fair for the quality and portions. Very small establishment with an authentic Thai ambiance. Expect limited parking and possible wait time.

Amazing Thai food and lovely decor! The papaya salad was deliciously fresh & spicy! The curry was flavorful as well. All of our dishes were hefty portions—definitely adequate for a couple of meals.
