Late night drive thru open 24 hrs breakfast at 5:30 am. Im disappointed that the fish sandwich has changed. Less everything on it different bun smaller fish patty . I didn’t receive my wrinkle French fries . They were awful. Didn’t have the fries for 5 minutes in my possession I started to eat a few temperature on them were getting cold. Very disappointed vs. My prior visits. Be awhile b4 I be back @ BK

I order my food trough the app and as I got to the drive thru. the drive worker didn’t ask for or if I was using the mobile app or if I was ordering until I had told them I had a mobile order and my name. and as I got to the window the guy woking at the registered window didn’t even ask for my name or what was my order was and just told me it was going to be 12$ dollars. Mind you I already payed on the app. I told him I payed through the Burger King app and he seem to not hear me so when he pulled out the scanner for me to pay I thought oh maybe my order didn’t go through so I pay again and as I leave I realized my order was wrong and so I go back around and wait another long wait again and ask why I had payed for someone else food and show them the receipt on my phone towards the guy working at the register window the same guy told me someone else price for their order before I even showed up to the window showing he’s not even paying attention to orders or worse not properly trained and as I show him my order was wrong he ask he’s co worker who saw my order waiting in the back and gave it to me he even check the bag to make sure it was right order this time but they both forgot my drink which I showed them in my mobile order app and didn’t receive a the right drink so I left with the order I payed for myself and the order I payed for someone els. Both workers seem very untrained and unprofessional they lack attitude and basic communication skills. I hoped the Burger King workers get re trained.

Last few times I have been here (3 week period of time), I have ordered breakfast. The number 1. Towards the end of sandwich, I want to say it tastes like paper towel. Then a piece of Sausage had a weird aftertaste. Can’t describe that one. and the hash browns are so greasy, the grease actually soaked through ALL the napkins they put in my bag…..LOL. One of those little bites, tasted straight like OLD CHICKEN grease, your grandma used to save and re-use! yuk. I can’t. Now I thought it was just this one, However the location in Green Valley Ranch had these same issues as well.

So many of these reviews talk about how rude the staff here are, and the first time I came they were very nice, especially the woman working the counter inside. However, every single time I’ve come since then the workers have had a serious attitude problem.
If I could break down my usual experience here, it would look something like this.
You pull into the drive thru and wait for 15 minutes before someone takes your order, even though you’re the only person there
Then the worker is yelling about how she can’t hear you, and when you finally start yelling because apparently THEY can’t hear they act like they’ve never heard of any of the items on the menu
Then you read the sign saying that you can use your deals on the app in the drive thru, so you ask if you can do that, and the drive thru employee says “The app? What are you talking about?”
And so you finally give up and pull forward
You pull up to the window and you pay, and you ask for a receipt but she just looks at you funny and closes the window in your face.
So you sit there and wait for your food for probably another 15 minutes. You listen to half of CWTS by Pierce the Veil while you’re waiting.
You start to wonder if she already handed you the food because again, there isn’t a single other person in the drive thru and you don’t see anyone ordering inside.
So you look through the window and see all the workers lounging around and laughing and talking like you aren’t sitting in the drive thru waiting for your order.
The worker finally comes back and she’s laughing like something is funny and when she hands you your food you, again, ask for a receipt. She does NOT give you a receipt and closes the window again so you just give up and pull forward because at this point, you just want to be out of the drive thru.
All for you to look in the bag and find out your chicken fries are missing, but you don’t even know if you paid for them, because again you never got your receipt.
A truly abysmal experience. The food was good though.

Purchased 2 whopper meals…they wew dry, cold & stale…absolutely horrible..mh granddaughter made 2 attempts last one was more disappointing than the 1st one. They were purchased about 1p.m. on 11/10/25. Very poor qualitt overall.

We are visiting from Cedar Hill, Texas. We just got off the plane and got the rental and were hungry at about 11 pm. We saw Burger King is yet open, so we stopped and ordered. The lady at the wi dow was nice and curedious. The food hit the spot. Keep doing what you are doing.

Briana has the worst customer service I have received in a long time. She rushed me through my order and then at the window when I handed her my card she snatched it and then I asked her for my receipt and she closed the window and then grabbed and it and threw it away. Then I waited about 10 min for my sandwich while she talked to the cooks and joked around and then when she finally came back she was laughing. Then I opened my sandwich in the parking lot and I posted a picture of what looked liked I didn’t even eat it.
