Oh man, if you want a place for good authentic Mexican flavors, you’ve found it! From the flavors, portions, to the exceptional customer service. Lets not forget the drinks are made .. we had the molcajete, it says its for 1 person but there was no way ahha! My bf and I shared it.. it was a lot of food! That thing was stacked! We had a jumbo margarita super super heavy…. but got the job done.. needless to say, we required an extra day to get hungry again hahaha! Second time here and will return in thr future. I recommend the molcajete if you can’t decide on a dish.. comes with a variety and can make tacos out of it as well..

I’ve been coming here often and honestly, it’s just not that worth it. Food was good, but that’s it. Came quickly but it was no busy at all for the service to be that bad. I couldn’t even get up to use the bathroom cause of another party beside us. Which is okay! But they had one of those carts by my booth when there was others around. Drinks are so overpriced as well. Desserts are relatively old too, and I’m sad to make a bad review of this place but if you’re looking to waste time… this is your place! Sorry

Maybe I’m a simple person but Las Palmas is the BEST Mexican. I’ve recently dined at places like MiVida or Cantina Laredo and, while their drinks are good, I find their food is disappointing and way overpriced. Like almost $30 for 2 small enchiladas overpriced.
Las Palmas has such good food options that tastes amazing. Their margs are on point and very nicely sized. And the service is always good. Greeted at the front door and very prompt. At this point this is the only place I’m going to anymore.

I ate here for lunch and while the food was good I was taking my nachos to go and discovered a ROACH! IN MY FOOD! I didn’t cause a scene but I was immediately sick to my stomach and made my way to the restroom and vomited. My sister had nachos as well and didn’t finish even half of them and didn’t take them with her because obviously THE ROACH! The server was so nice, he took the plates and spoke with the manager and instead of comping the meal they only took off the ROACHOS. $73 for a meal that wasn’t finished. I had no problem paying for the drinks but a meal with an infestation is crazy work and unacceptable. I will never come to this place again and I would recommend you do either…unless you enjoy your Midday Mexican with a bit of cucaracha!!

My 1st visit to this location of Las Palmas after seeing Captain America: Brave New World for the 2nd time but in IMAX. Already 9:20pm with a 10:00 closing yet the greetings from the host stand & servers were super friendly & inviting. Sat down to fresh chips with Red & White sauces (didn’t have to ask for white… LOL!) This was some of the best white sauce I’ve had!!
Enjoyed the Taco Salad with Beef tips…OMG fresh & delicious, especially with some of that white sauce.. LOL!
Equally as good was the Enchiladas Verdes Mexicanas with three chicken enchiladas served with rice and beans!!
Can’t wait to return because the menu is vast! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went there Thursday and food came out pretty fast, thought nothing of it, fed some of it to my 8 month old who had instant diarrhea. Just figured it was normal but then the next day hit. I was hit with painful stomach cramps and nausea which then turned to full blown projectile vomiting and constant diarrhea. My husband came home said his stomach had been feeling weird but other than that he was fine. 30 minutes later he was projectile vomiting. My brother in law called us the day after and told us he had also been vomiting and going to the bathroom frequently. We first thought it was Food poisoning but my brother in law’s fiancé came over and she was vomiting. Pretty sure this place gave us norovirus. We will not be back.

Good food, great service, fun atmosphere. Had dinner with a friend in the bar area and enjoyed every minute. I definitely recommend it. Skip the food court. Have a meal at this place!

Actually it’s a nice place, decent food, waiter was good. The problem came when my girlfriend went to to restroom. As she walked in she slipped in urine all over the floor. Her backside was soaked. We found the chip girl who did not speak a word of English and she tried to tell her what was going on. She ended up taking her to the bathroom and showing her. There was urine all over the seat and the floor. Now this could just be between restroom checks but still… we ended up going to walmart and she purchased a new outfit to finish out our evening. So good until the restroom incident.
