I always come to this location for years and never had my order wrong, til TONIGHT.
I got the number 3 and wanted lettuce on my burger, turns out when I get home there is no lettuce, And got a number 11 and wanted to add cheese she said yes they can do that. When I get home there is no cheese on it, and no I wasn’t going back it was midnight I just got off work and was tired. But I DID call them like 10 times , nobody answered, so here is your review. I WILL not come back to this location

This Sonic has amazing customer service!! They are fast too. My husband Brent works nearby and uses the app to order ahead and the order is always ready and the order is always correct. These ladies working during happy hour are saints. I have been there probably about 10 times in the last few weeks and have not been disappointed at all. They deserve raises or and bonuses!!

We have two sonics here in League city. The one closer to the freeway is always always awesome but it opens an hour later than the other one. The other one the food is hit or miss. The service at both is really wonderful because they are quick and friendly. But if I had to choose one it would be the one closer to the freeway

Came here after work to get me a drink at 5:50pm. JUST A DRINK. I pushed the red button just to be told that they were not taking any orders because it was only 2 of them on shift. I understand being short staffed but refusing service because of being understaffed is a huge red flag for the management of this location. The GM and hire supervisors need to be held accountable for allowing this location to run with 2 employees and telling customers they are not taking orders at this time because of being understaffed and backed up. It’s annoying and frustrating to go out of my way to stop here before heading home just to be told to leave. Management needs to be fired or punished absolutely ridiculous never coming here again

Waited 15 min with 2 cars other than me. 3 employees walk by me at the front door. Red button says it’s active and nobody ever answers. But they have time to talk to each other. 0 customer service. Can someone else take this location over that cares. Geesh what a joke. And it’s not the first time. I had to talk myself into pulling in from the fear of the last time I tried to do business here. Just close the doors already. It’s sad

We definitely WON’T be going back here! We ordered 2 chicken sliders & the mayo didn’t even exist & that wasn’t the worst part! We ordered a cheeseburger with NO mustard, ketchup & mayo instead & they brought out a ketchup & mustard burger. We went inside, they apologized & brought a new burger out & apologized AGAIN when they handed it to us. Dumb us but we didn’t check it until we got back to the boat and guess what??? It was mayo & mustard this time!!! The receipt EVEN SAYS NO MUSTARD!!!!

My family loves Sonic’s slushies. I be getting slushies with nerds in them and everytime I’ve order a slushy with nerds I found out that they didn’t put nerds in my slushy same with my boyfriends slushy and I paid the extra 67 cents or what it was for the nerds.

Nice young gentleman working did a great job getting our order to us quickly. Came pretty late so not a lot of employees. Did a wonderful job especially considering this. Hot food and tasted good.
