I love this place, to be honest I’ve only had breakfast here, many times.
The staff are always friendly and attentive, the food is delicious and hot. They have delicious cappuccino’s and coffee.
It gets busy here so if your an early riser get here early.

We popped in for lunch on our way home and enjoyed some beautiful BBQ – so delicious. What really topped it off was the wonderful hospitality shown by Kelly – she was just so charming and made our time feel very special. My sister was visiting from London, I live in Miami.
The only downside was that we misread the bill and left a lower tip than had intended – we only realized on our drive home – and really felt bad .
Kelly – we will be back to see you again, thank you so much for the lovely service, we’re so sorry, but hope to make it up again . The prices are so reasonable and the portion sizes are huge – thank you again .

Breakfast was fabulous and you have to get the sticky bun. Pictures are oatmeal, corned beef hash, sticky bun. We were there by 8 am and enjoyed our breakfast… sometimes hard to find an early spot in the keys!

Impressed with the quality of food, timeliness of ordering and food to the table and the very kind service! The Avocado toast was fresh avocado sliced with light and flavorful focaccia bread. I requested the eggs be “double” hard boiled and they cooked them to absolute PERFECTION!
My husband got the shrimp and grits – as a southern man himself, he loved them and said he “had not had this good of ship and grits in a long time” that’s a high mark coming from him!
Our waitress, Angela was so kind and sweet. She made perfect suggestions and was quick to take our order and provide food.
Compliments to the chef!

I was oversold this restaurant by alot. We arrived late for our reservation of 8 due to an accident on the road. We called to let them know but apparently we were one of many patrons also late so when we arrived the hostess was cold and irritable. We were seated at a nice table and our server was attentive. We ordered the lamb appetizer which was a hit at the table and also the turtle soup which was not much for flavor or imagination. The table ordered several prime ribs and the accolades from our group were great based mostly on size. The prices definitely reflect that though. I ordered hogfish piccata and honestly, it didn’t taste fresh enough, the piccata sauce was slimy and I scraped it off, the carrots and asparagus had no asparagus and the carrots were cold and hard. Mostly our group was delighted and happy with food, service and atmosphere. I felt it to be classic yet dated, overpriced for the quality but the service made up for most inequities. It was our friend’s 60th and they graciously offered cake with candles made it feel festive. I felt our bill to far exceed the quality and atmosphere but I also appreciated the classic keys experience.

Breakfast at Green Turtle Inn was a mixed experience. The Breakfast Burrito was dry and unremarkable, the Shrimp and Grits were tasty, and the Lobster Benedict, while decent, didn’t justify the $35 price tag due to its small portion. On the bright side, the coffee was strong and satisfying!

Indoor dining. No dogs, but the bartender was very pleasant and made great drinks! The food is the best around! Very busy, but luckily we found 2 seats at the bar.

Friendly and welcoming staff. We sat at the bar and had Key Limecolda and a IPA. We watch Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives so we had to try the meatloaf just as he did. It did not disappoint wow. We also had some mussels. Can’t wait to come back down and stop by again
