Took them almost 30 mins for my fish sandwiches. Larger order was sitting getting cold while they waited on the fish. No one said that it would take a few extra mins for the fish. When I complained to the manager on duty. She totally dismissed me by saying, you got your food, don’t you have somewhere to be? When I asked for her name, she just turned and walked away. Ordered online which was simple to navigate. Arrived and was greeted. One item was out that I had ordered and I was asked if the other option was OK. Staff notified how long my food would be. Food was nice and hot when I picked it up. The inside of the establishment appeared inviting and clean.
One negative, was that I had asked for some napkins and they had some wet spots on it. Overall great visit.

I placed the order at 10:37 PM! It is now 1112 and I still have not received my chicken sandwich. While everybody else is getting their food, I’m just sitting here in the front of the door waiting on management who is steady talking on her phone. One lady just standing at the cash register. At this point I just want my money back. I will be calling management in the morning!

Promote Elondra. She has displayed the best customer service. I usually avoid this store because the service is normally horrible and the attitudes are ridiculous. But I had no choice but to patronize this one time and I was surprised. Elondra had a beautiful smile and was so sweet. Babygirl, your attitude determines your altitude. I just left this Popeyes on Wesley Chapel rd at about 730pm and ordered 2 $6 boxes mild and dark meat only and they did just the opposite and gave me 1box mild and 1 box spicey and white meat. I called them 3xs and no answer now I’m pissed!
