Great location, nice ambience and excellent food! Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. The service was great too. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Overall, had a wonderful time dining at this restaurant. Highly recommended!

So glad to have a sushi restaurant in the area! The staff were so warm, welcoming, and attentive. The food was DELICIOUS. Everything came out at reasonable times and we never felt rushed. The prices are fairly reasonable as well. The atmosphere is nice, but I’m not the biggest fan of beta fish in bowls suspended in the air. But that’s just me. The bowls make great terrariums, though!

Fresh sushi and INCREDIBLE service!
We were staying in downtown when a friend of ours looked up this restaurant. We decided to make the short subway ride over here because we had a wonderful experience! Yo-yo was our server, and she constantly made sure to check up on us and ask us what we thought about our food.
I got the shrimp teriyaki lunch special and an avocado eel-roll (pictured below), while my party got the Volcano Roll and a passion roll (not pictured). The sushi is FRESH. The flavors are work very well together, and the dishes are plated beautifully. Mr.Sushi takes pride in the flavors and presentation of their dishes, and they treat their guests right. Thank you all so much for the wonderful experience. I will be returning.

I came to this restaurant often since they open this location, and they never make me disappointed. The owner is very humble and every time if I see him at the restaurant, he always comes and greet me or customers with a smile. Even there were few dishes on the menu that I didn’t like but the restaurant listens to feedback and didn’t stop improving the taste of dishes that had an issue. I’m very impressed how they handle the problem with love and professional.
– Sushi and Ssashimi are always fresh and better quality than another place nearby. Most of the time I order Sashimi deluxe and not just the taste of fishes I also enjoy how creative of the dish they garnish and make it a piece of art.
– Pork Gyoza is one of my appetizers from the kitchen favorite especially the Gyoza sauce is so delicious.
– Tiger Roll is my first time trying at this place, my friend and I like it so much. It has Tuna, salmon Yellowtail, tobiko, tempura flakes, avocado wrapped in isonoyuki. Super good combination. I actually got another to go order to bring it home.
– Sake: We have few bottles of Dasai sake, both dry and I love to try the nice taste of sake.
– Update on Carpacio sause, I had salmon Carpacio last time and some how didn’t like the sauce. This time they change few ingredients and the dish is blow my mind. Even it is complimentary, and they use tuna instead of salmon. I think it is a good idea to include this option on their menu.
– Kani Salad: my easy day salad. I always order this dish when I don’t know what to decide to eat.
I’m glad Mr. Sushi have location in my neighborhood. I love Japanese food and now it is walking distance from my home so this restaurant will be another place I often going. Really recommended!

I couldn’t believe this restaurant is getting busy and busier every time I visited. Kate is a great server and another waitress too (I forgot to ask her name) The restaurant get lots of attention from local people and they should hire more server on a busy day.
I love Sashimi and like to try seasonal fish (aka carte) I had Uni on rice and Shima- Aji. I’m not sure that this time of the year is Uni season or not but I just not crazy about the Uni this time at all. Last month I remembered they have choices for Uni for me to pick and I like that one better, so I have no idea what kind of Uni they gave me this time. Shima-Aji is pretty good and I like it a lot.
Display of Sashimi is different I actually like the old one, but new style is good too. Yellow tail Jalapeno is wonderful, sauce isn’t too salty but without colorful mayo the dish will look more expensive. I know they love colorful decoration just sometime too much contrast color will stand out more than fish that actually should be the main thing of focusing.
Anyway, I’m glad they open this location in my neighborhood and it is walking distance.

What an unbelievably delicious sushi restaurant! We ordered takeout and it was prepared quickly and with the freshest ingredients. I don’t think I’ve ever seen pieces of fish to rice ratios quite as great as this. I can’t wait to go back to try more, but the lunch specials are really exceptional and I will be getting them many more times!

Brand new Sushi restaurant off the Graham Ave L train station and it’s so good! The sushi is of the highest quality and beautiful presentation. The menu is huge. The people who work there are super friendly and sweet. I need to come back and dine in.
I ordered pick up, Sushi Burrito and Sushi platter and wow, it was almost to pretty to eat – beautiful presentation. But melted in my mouth when I did eat it. Sushi Burrito was so filling, so tasty. Run don’t walk to this amazing place. Big upgrade for this neighborhood.

Came in here a couple of nights ago for a late dinner and was actually impressed. From the outside it doesn’t really feel that “inviting” but give it a chance the maki rolls had a very generous portion of fish inside and the over all quality was pretty good. I had a cold sake and my server was friendly and attentive.

Love Mr. Sushi! Everything was amazing! From the service, cleanliness, food & decor. We were given some white fish tempura on the house which was DELICIOUS! For our appetizer, we had fried pork gyozas which were nice crispy & flavorful. Then we had the Roll combo B – we chose cucumber avocado roll, sweet potato roll & peanut avocado roll, everything tasted so fresh & yummy! Additionally we had a shrimp tempura roll which was so perfectly made! The staff was so friendly & attentive. Overall experience here was a resounding 11/10! Will 100% be coming here again & often!

This place is amazing went there for a late lunch with my 2 sisters. Big sisters bday lunch dinner situation and it did not fail! We got the Love boat, shrimp tempura, salmon teriyaki, and some other stuff I can’t think of but the wine was tasty fresh and just pure good food and good laughs. We needed to let loose lol was a place to remember and a place we’ll definitely go back too.

Honestly, extremely impressed with the quality of fish here. Went in for a casual date with my boyfriend and left so satiated. Ambiance was on point. Kate our waitress recommended the love boat, and it did not disappoint! We will be going again. I’ve been to several omakase restaurants but if I could save money and get great quality sushi here at a fraction of the cost, WHY NOT?! Sashimi was THICC. If you’re craving quality sushi, come here~
