My wife and I visited Salute on Friday night, the evening before Valentine’s Day, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
Even with the Valentine’s weekend rush, everything was handled flawlessly. Benny, the manager, went above and beyond—stopping by our table several times throughout the night to make sure everything was perfect. His attentiveness and genuine care truly made us feel valued.
Stephen, our server, was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot on, and he made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.
The atmosphere was perfect for a special evening, and the service was exceptional. We left impressed and grateful for such a great experience.
We will definitely be coming back again!

Just had my first experience at Salute on Christmas Eve with my entire family, a group of five of us, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish!
The restaurant has this fantastic, sophisticated Italian ambiance that truly makes it feel special and memorable. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, which set the tone for the wonderful evening ahead.
And now, let’s talk about the food – it was simply out of this world! Every single dish exceeded our expectations, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious.
Our server, Karlie, was absolutely phenomenal; she was incredibly efficient, attentive to our needs, and even helped us select the perfect wines to complement our meal. We ordered the Chicken Frances, Lobster Ravioli, Penne Primavera with Shrimp, Chicken Parmesan, and a delicious flatbread, and each dish was cooked to perfection.
I honestly believe that no amount of photos can truly capture how amazing this restaurant is; you simply have to experience it for yourself! We wholeheartedly recommend Salute Italian Restaurant – we are already planning our return visit!

Food is delicious and fresh. Portions are large. Service was so amazing and friendly (we were lucky to have Tien). Great for a date night, girlfriend date or special birthday dinner. ❤️

We love trying new spots for date night, and Salute in Prosper did not disappoint. Everyone was welcoming, from the hostess to the bartenders. We arrived early and enjoyed a drink at the bar while waiting for our table.
Our server Abby was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food and drinks were 10/10. The calamari appetizer was a great start. My fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and portobello mushrooms was exactly what I was craving, and my husband’s ribeye bistecca was incredibly tender and flavorful. We also had the house sangria and the Limoncello Fella cocktail, both were excellent.
The cozy atmosphere and music at the perfect volume made it easy to enjoy conversation. We took some of our meal to go to save room for dessert. Highly recommend dining here and will definitely be back!

We had such an amazing experience at Salute Italian Restaurant! The food was absolutely incredible — we started with the meatballs and Caesar salad, and both were perfect. Our entrees (Rigatoni Arrabbiata and the Teresa) were full of flavor, and dessert (apple pie and giant chocolate cake) was the perfect finish. The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy, with great music and décor that works just as well for date night as it would for a family dinner. Absolutely love this place. We’ve been 3 times now and each time was fantastic. The ambiance and atmosphere in here is romantic and beautiful. Our service has been consistently great. The focaccia to start is delicious and my favorite entree so far has been the pesto tortellini but I’ve tried something different each time and everything has been wonderful. My husband (who is gluten free and they gladly accommodated) loves the Teresa vodka pasta. The strawberry cheesecake can’t be beat. Everything in the dessert case looks amazing. This will be a regular dinner spot for us for sure!

This was the first time here and this place was a pleasant surprise to say the least. Some of the best Italian food we’ve had in the Dallas area. The server Steven was amazing! He was very attentive, courteous, and took very good care of us. I highly recommend this place if you want amazing food and service.
Side note: I recommend the Bolognese… It was the best I’ve ever had!
