I had the best egg Mcmuffin on my latest visit and a delicious hash brown that was the best I’ve ever had at this particular establishment. I wouldn’t get your hopes up seeing as the FOOD QUALITY VARIES. The breakfast burritos quality and size have decreased significantly over the last couple years and I don’t advise you to get them unless you want to go hungry.

Order through the app and tried to give the person the code through the speaker and had to give it to them three different time because they don’t know how to listen to a word I said, finally I just drove up to the window and gave them my code and still wasn’t listening to the code I gave her. I guess their employees are deaf because they can’t listen to a word a customer says.

I never thought I’d see the Taco Bell down the street improve before this McDonald’s, but that’s exactly what’s happened. This location consistently ranks as one of the worst for DoorDash pickups. Wait times are almost always between 10 and 30 minutes, sometimes longer, even during off-peak hours.
There’s occasionally one manager who seems to care more than the rest, but not consistently. On days when they’re not there, the staff shows no urgency at all. Orders pile up, Dashers are ignored, and the energy in the store feels indifferent to how it impacts others.
What’s especially frustrating is that McDonald’s has the ability to adjust the prep time in the system if orders are regularly late. The fact that they haven’t made that change is proof they know this is a problem, and just don’t care. That wasted time directly hurts Dashers: we aren’t paid for waiting, we risk being marked late to the customer, and it tanks our earnings.
Most of the time when I arrive here, I don’t even bother walking in right away. I just sit in my car for 10–15 minutes so I can unassign the order without damaging my metrics. I’ll glance inside just in case something’s ready…but I rarely get my hopes up.
This isn’t just a one-store issue either. The McDonald’s in the Heights is the same. Haven’t tried the West End location yet, but given the pattern, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s just as bad. Whatever’s going on with management across these stores, it clearly isn’t working.
Side note for customers: This setup causes a lot of stress for Dashers, even if not all of us put it into words.

Not specific to this location, but portions keep getting smaller and everything else keeps getting more expensive. Cheaper, drier, smaller burgers. This cheeseburger was $12 in a medium combo, and this clementine I had at home literally weighs more than the whole burger, and is almost as big.

Was told to pull around to wait for my order…..which always seems to happen. Waited 20 mins before going in. She said oh we gave your order to someone else. No sorry or any remorse for the time they just made me wait for nothing. I hate that the kids that they hire these days have zero sense of customer service.

I walked into a well oiled machine today…The atmosphere was professional, organized, accurate and prompt in every action they made. The manager there was up on the front lines and everyone could tell he actually cared and was leading by example. Well done McDonald’s you have a good one here.

Ordered through the app, showed up, the lady had the order but then lost it? I pulled to the window and they couldn’t find the order. No solution, just confusion for 5-10 minutes. I pulled away and am still waiting for a refund a month later.

I ordered 3 big breakfast with pancakes, and they came out a lot quicker than expected. Staff was polite and friendly. It was easy pulling in and plenty of parking. I was going to go through the drive thru, but they only had one lane going, and there was a line.
