This location is scamming its customers! Went this morning for the $5 sausauge egg McMuffin deal and was charged $7.19. When I complained via customer service and someone from the restaurant called me she tried telling me that I was reading the sign wrong, wouldn’t even let me speak-just kept talking over me and refused to hear anything I had to say. Even when I told her I have a picture of the sign on the front window stating the sausage egg McMuffin meal is only $5 she pretty told me I was wrong and that the snack wraps were $5 and the breakfast mean was $8. I wasn’t reading the song right and that I must be confused. That doesn’t even makes sense since I was only charged $7.19 for the breakfast meal not $8 and even the corporate website says they are still doing the breakfast meal for $5. As you can tell from the picture below it clearly states the breakfast meal is $5!! I added two photos, one of the sign clearly stating the breakfast meal is $5 and another proving date and time! So unprofessional and willing to make their mistake right or even hear the customers out!!

How are you going to claim that you are open 24 hours if you can’t take orders between a specific time. The past two nights I’ve gotten off work (15 hour shifts, not able to eat at work) I’ve ordered food online through the mobile app, meaning that I pay for it before I get there. Get to the drive thru and was greeted (by the same girl both times) that they cannot take any orders. I said that was fine because I placed a mobile order. No explanation the first night so I dropped it and left, but tonight I asked why. She said it was because systems are down. If the systems are down then the app needs to be down. I’m tired of paying for food that I never receive. She had no idea how to get me a refund either, I had to find it in the app myself. She tried to explain it to me the first night but it was nowhere near correct information so I just didn’t refund because it was only a few dollars. Just close the store (AND APP) when the systems go down for reset for breakfast. Don’t claim that you are a 24 hour restaurant if there’s a window of 1-1.5 hours that you can’t take any orders.

This review is not for the employee specifically, I know it’s not her fault or any of the employees there. Management should get with corporate on how to accurately display open times on the website, app, and Google. Seems that systems go down at 3am, so put that you close at 3am.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and it wasn’t fully cooked through!!! Just sent in a complaint to corporate. I’m not one to complain like that but I got through half the burger before noticing.

Update 10/14/2025 the store manager contacted me and told me she talked with all the other managers and followed up with all equipment to make sure this doesn’t happen again. She was super nice. I’m glad there willing to make it right 🙂

I go Here all the time and this morning, the workers were extremely rude and I had asked for salsa and they said that I was gonna have to be charged for it and I said that’s completely fine and then I didn’t get my salsa and this happens every single time I go to this location and I just don’t understand why it’s so hard to put the sauce in the bag. McDonald’s is one of the easiest jobs out there. I’ve worked here before it is not that hard.

We bought nuggets, fries, and a Big Mac meal, the fries and nuggets were not cooked normally. The fries were undercooked, they were floppy and disgusting,same goes for the nuggets. My brother got the Big Mac meal and it wasn’t even a Big Mac, just a regular burger.After seeing the reviews I am disappointed,but not surprised, no wonder why the ratings are at 2.9.

We came on Christmas day to get something to eat and it was so busy. Waited over 30 min to get food. Which is completely understandable considering it’s the only thing open. So I am appreciative of the people working. However… When we finally got up to order I was told they didn’t have any quarter pounder meat. Which again sucks but I get considering it’s busy. I got an chicken sandwich and my husband got a big Mac and also some nuggets. When we got our food, the drinks had no ice so I had to ask for ice. My husband didn’t even get the right drink. Didn’t get the condiments that he requested for his nuggets. His big Mac was so dry and looked like it had just been sitting under heat lamps. Same with my chicken sandwich. It was a tiny fillet that didn’t even cover the bun and it was very dry and tasted old. Our fried were hot but we’re crunchy and hella cooked. Again I get it being really busy w the holidays but that’s still crazy

After waiting for over 30 min the manager asked if I had an order pending because they didn’t had more receipts for walk in orders pending. They had my order sitting on the side. Also their kiosk is always out of paper so is really hard to tell what order number you have to ask for an update. When I got home I noticed my order was incomplete. I called the store and asked for a refund but instead they told me go pick up what ever I was missing. When I got there I requested the monopoly cards that I was missing from my original order and they told me that my large fries are not valid for that promotion? Because it ends tomorrow?… so not even for the inconvenience of driving back 10 min they gave me some extra cards with codes.. that’s a way to keep your customers happy after a messed up order. I mean at least some of the employees are cool but the manager doesn’t seem like she knows what she is doing as she is the one who handled my order. Very distracted talking and laughing with her assistant? Just a guess.. oooh and they re-heated the burger they forgot. Thanks guys

Me and my partner ordered our food at the kiosk at 10:30, shortly after a woman, Veronica, came from the back to inform us very rudely that they were out of “two” of the items we had ordered. We kindly corrected her saying we had ordered three of them and she argued and said no. She went to the back to get the receipt and saw we HAD ordered three. She then said “either way we don’t have it” and then asked what we wanted to substitute them with. We told her and then waited for over 20 minutes. I went to stand by the counter just to ask about our food but she wouldn’t even look at me or let me know they were working on it. Another young woman, I didn’t get her name, started to help me and I informed her one of the substituted items was wrong.
Veronica kept making faces, and was being rude still so I asked the kinder young woman what Veronica’s name was because she wasn’t wearing a name tag.
Shortly after I had finally gotten our food the younger woman who had helped me came from behind the counter crying because Veronica had yelled at her for giving out her name. She yelled loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear her.
She was so rude I will never go to this McDonald’s again and I hope this store hires friendlier staff.

I’m not sure, but I always thought that the online ordering was for convenience and speed, but that is clearly not the case with my experiences except for one place which I won’t name cause it ain’t this place. Not only did I have to wait a very, very long time for my on my order, but it was missing items and the items they did give or wrong. I thought maybe they’d give me somebody else else’s but no, that’s just how bad they messed up mine my happy meal didn’t have french fries I didn’t get the cookies I ordered and the drink was not even what I ordered. And due to my impatience, I didn’t wanna go back and deal with it so I just suffer through it which sucks because the whole point of the convenience just gets thrown out the window and the speed is ridiculous. I have to go back.

I’m giving a one star review after waiting 36 minutes at least in the drive-through for my mobile order only to find out that they don’t have large drink cups anymore at least for today because they’ve run out. The guy working the window did not offer anything but an apology no extra anything. My order was almost $50 I didn’t get that much. It’s just the prices have gone up that much. and I’m very unhappy that when I ordered, they did not tell me that they were out of large cups because they can see my order. The guy at the window seem very new, very green very unfamiliar with McDonald’s menu and McDonald’s in general

They should have taken him out of the window and put somebody else there that knows what they’re doing because of the very long drive-through line
