First off, when ordering my food tonight I was waiting at the window for my food and I saw a young high school aged boy thrusting his hips forward and backwards towards a cup! With two other high school aged boy around him laughing, one which have may have been a manger. Very inappropriate and makes me feel very uncomfortable having to see this happen while waiting on my food!. Secondly, I ordered extra onion and got no onions. The onion thing happens dang near every time I go and every time I call to let them know they messed up my order I get the same two excuses “”we were out of onions when you ordered”” or “”we just ran out of two hours ago”” every dang time. Thirdly, yall fill up fry containers half way now and the fries literally taste like they have been sitting for 4-6 hours soggy and cold. When one of the old GM ran this place, this place had good professionalism, and good service.

We didn’t get drink cups and had to ask for them when they brought our food. The quarter pounders were sad, hardly any sauce and 1 piece of cheese not even on the burger right. According to the menu they should have 2 slices of cheese. I had to add ketchup and the bun tasted burnt. The fry’s were over done. They staff carried on in the back like they were at some party, one worker was too occupied with other workers in the lobby. One guy was raising his voice to another employee. They turned the music up louder while I was there like it was their favorite song. A customer came in and ordered on the kiosks and yelled to the back at another employee.
Are cowboy hats part of the uniform now? Was odd to see 3 different guys in them.

These kids that run this McDonald’s when the GM is not there are always working hard. They are absolutely amazing and incredible young men and women! I am so proud they are running our McDonald’s! Keep up the great job and wonderful attitude ladies and gentlemen! So proud of you guys, as I have watched many of you grow in your community and jobs!

I was going to eat breakfast in the dining room because I had some time to kill but upon entering the building the worker at the front is just staring at you. I said good morning, got no response and then headed to use the restroom and found there is no handsoap. I was going to tell the person upfront but the continued staring was creepy, so I left. I went thru the drive thru to get my breakfast. I ordered the steak and egg bagel meal with small OJ. I did NOT receive a steak and egg bagel but a sausage and egg bagel, a limp and greasy hash brown and a watered down OJ that barely tastes like oranges. I don’t know what happened to this location because it used to be one of the good ones. I’ll spend my $10 elsewhere.

Mens restroom could use a good cleaning as when I visited, the toilet overflowed and it wasn’t cleaned up. The order area or lobby and dining area, the floor was sticky and could have been mopped. I took my daughter’s here around 6pm on a Sunday so they weren’t busy for dining in. They failed to give us our complete order and didn’t make one of our items as we ordered it. I had to wipe down our table as all the others weren’t clean either. I get when an employee is on break they may need to take it in the dining are, but when you have 3 to 4 employees gathered around blocking the restroom entrance, it doesn’t look. Couple this with my children needing to use the restroom, it doesn’t speak well to their leadership here. I’m not too certain I’ll be back to this location.

The workers there were obviously more focused on giving their friend free drinks than actually taking care of the customers in the store. I ordered 1 singular Large Carmel Frappe and it took almost 20 minutes. When I finally went up and brought it to their attention one of the workers said, “I don’t even know what that is.”
The drink was barely even cold and tasted just like creamer and sugar there was absolutely no little chunks of ice in it at all.

Now.. I could jump on wagon dumping on this locations many.. many issues as the following reviews here show.. but I’ll just say.. the price is the price.. elevated as all businesses are now a days. My only issue is this. When I order a Sausage burrito.. it would be nice if it had… you know.
Sausage in it. First bite.. I taste nothing… (not a Covid nothing) No flavor at all. So I dissect it and find no sausage… none whatsoever. Could of been an mistake… but after seeing most of these reviews… you be the judge. The rest of my food was good and I’m glad I ordered more that just the burrito. The restaurant interior is under construction… so this may have contributed to the issues. Either way.. I pasted two other McDonald’s locations to get to this one… I think I’ll stop at one of them.. for the time being.

This McDonald’s will literally never get your order right. I live in Goddard and this is the McDonald’s I most frequent and they have literally never successfully gotten me what I asked for. Most recently, all we wanted was 2 Dr. Peppers, a hamburger and a medium fry. But somehow they got very confused and we ended up waiting at the intercom for nearly 10 minutes and at the window for another 5. But the food is just as good as McDonald’s usually is, I’ll give them that.
