An absolute gem.
We were at George’s yesterday night for a birthday dinner and I could not have asked for a better evening.
We want to thank Radeem (I hope this is the spelling) for all his kindness and amazing service throughout the night.
The Petit File Mignon and New York Strip was delicious.
We highly recommend the Brandy Peppercorn sauce was delicious. Top tip, save a bit of the sauce and eat it with the cheese profiterol like snacks that come in the beginning. To die for.
Desserts, oh my god! Baked Alaska is the show, the Ultimate Chocolate Cake was the super star.
The wine perfect addition.
This one is for the special occasions, thank you George Prime Steak house team for an amazing evening to remember.
Oh and the reviews had said the restaurant was loud however, it was waaay chiller than we thought.

George Prime Steak delivers a top-level dining experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent. We had the steak, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and everything else we tried was equally impressive. A great restaurant in a central Old Town location, well worth a visit.

We had a GPS signature filet mignon steak combined with Potato au-Gratin and Bone-in cowboy style ribeye steak with mashed potato.
It was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, juicy, and unforgettable – hands down the best steak I have ever eaten.
Potatoes were very good, but not the best, however we are not here for side dishes, right? Anyway, it still was on a very very top level and together with steaks made an unbelievable experience.
Excellent taste Signature cocktails, very good choice of whisky and bourbon and excellent choice if american and international wines. We really loved the Pinot Noir from Wolfgang Puck winery.
The service was super friendly and professional too and suggested us the best choices.

We enjoyed the lobster croquette, the NY Strip and fillet, a side of fries and mac n cheese.
The wine list has an extensive selection of California wines, but we opted for a Czech wine, since we were visiting Prague for the first time.

My partner and I made a reservation here last minute and they were so nice to accommodate us. First of all, I want to start with the appetizers. We ordered a truffle tortellini that blew my mind. I have never had something so juicy and savory in my mouth like that. My main plate of course had to be a classic filet mignon. It was cooked to absolute perfection. Now hold your horses, the real star of the show was the truffle Mac n cheese. If you can’t tell already, I am a huge truffle fanatic. Besides the amazing food, the service was great and the vibe of the restaurant is dark and moody..perfect for a date night or taking a group of friends out for a celebration. I can’t wait to come back xx

Good appetizers, the lobster appetizers are very recommended.

Everything about the experience of dining at George Prime Steak was perfect. From the service to the food including the sides and cocktails were excellent.
The steak its self may be the best I’ve had.

Remarkable cuts. Easily one of the best steaks houses we have visitied in Europe. Professional staff, great presentations and heavenly taste from the most tender meat. On the pricey side but well worth every penny.
