Waited in line longer then 10 mins for 1 large Ice coffee caramel light n sweet! Get to the window and the coffee had zero creamer.. i said thats not m ine she said yesss… i said theres no cream… remember this is after 10 mins in line!! Crazyyy never again!! Get to the window and shes rude!! Had to just drive off!! I’ve NEVER been to a Starbucks and got treated so rude!!

Waited 18 minutes in line only to be informed at counter credit cards only. The staff was rude distracted and unprofessional. 4 employees behind counter and only 2 were almost working. Come on starbucks you can do better

Waited 15 minutes for a small hot coffee and asked why it took so long they first saw the order and passed it on to other employees to make it. Reluctantly someone made it with a bad attitude of which I asked to cancel the order prior to finally receiving my coffee.
It was filled with cream as I asked for very little cream and proceeded to throw it in the garbage. Also ordered another cold drink with the coffee and received it 12 minutes earlier. A 15.00 waste of money and time.
Sheridan street Starbucks has it together!
No comparison to Dania point Starbucks.

This was a beautiful newer Starbucks and the young lady who helped me was very kind. However my drink was horrible literally tasted like water. This is something I feel may need to be worked on because it seems many have said the same. Overall I still don’t want that to take away from the great customer service and atmosphere just need maybe to retrain people. I typically go to the Starbucks on Hollywood blvd but decided to come here because it was closed. I truly hope to come again and have a better experience so I can edit my review!

I have visit this location on 3 different occasions. The first time the tall thin blonde guy gifted himself a 2.00 tip out of my change without my consent. When I came back for my money he wouldn’t even look at me. The second time, same thing. 1.00 taken. I asked for my proper change. Third time, my change was 70 cents. The young lady asked me if I wanted my change. I told her, I’m in a minivan not a Mazarati! I’ve learned my lesson. I will go to Dunkin Donuts!

I placed an order online so I can simply come in and pick up my breakfast and head straight to work. I ordered a smoked bacon cheddar and egg sandwich. As I hopped in my car and took a bite out of my sandwich I noticed something taste off. I took a second bite and then opened my sandwich to see the bacon on my sandwich is RAW…I was highly disappointed and late for work because of this issue. Ive never experienced this at this location. My appetite was spoiled.

This is my new favorite Starbucks! It’s easy to get in and out of quickly, the design of the building is open and efficient. They’re is enough space to pick up your mobile order; unlike the other ones that have a tiny pick up area and usually people standing in front of it texting. The employees here are friendly, and I’ve never had to wait long for any of my drinks. Food and drinks always taste great, and my iced coffees have never been bitter or sour. Jon/Max? and Nina are the best! This store has a nice local feel even though it’s always full of tourist.

Ordered ice coffee. Looked like iced milk. Most ice was melted. Obviously used hot coffee poured over ice which had a weak flavor. Brought this to their attention and was told to purchase a cold brew coffee instead.

What happened to Starbucks?!?!?

It says this location closes at 10pm and it’s currently 9pm. Doors are locked, either up date the time on google or have your employees close at the right time. Make it make sense.
