This McDonald’s has the poorest customer service ever their manager. Brandon did not care about my grandson having no chicken nuggets and his happy meal. He actually had a box of big Mac sauce. Brandon said oh it wasn’t done on purpose, but I have a picture. I’m gonna post of the box and you tell me if you would pick that up and put it in a kids meal This McDonald’s needs to close It is Horrible!!!

PISSED is an understatement. The husband bought both of us the hot honey bacon mccrispy and my husband’s didn’t have the crispy jalapenos, and mine didn’t have the jalapenos or the hot honey. The CO2 was not working in the soda machine the manager yelled in at us after we ordered and said we would have to get tea or water that was it… Did not offer a refund until we asked and was told it would be a minute. Very rude staff ! We will not be back!

I went in at 7:45 am on Wednesday July 5 2023 i ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin hash browns my total was $6.63
It was a mobile order on the app… They were very swift with my order and it was surprisingly correct the problem comes in when i bite into my McMuffin i bit into an eggshell on my first bite and that is unacceptable then i moved onto my hash browns and they were cold. So had i not ate eggshells i maybe could have let it slide but it scratched my throat and made it bleed a little.. and thats not all i would have spoke this over with the manager except everytime u call the store number its busy. Ur phone cant be busy for 3 hours continually. Had u answered the phone i would have taken care of this matter over the phone instead of on a review but apparently yall would rather take the phone off the hook instead of talking to someone and trying to fix the issues. So as far as McDonald’s in snead thats a no thank u on the eggshell sandwich. Yall need to get it together guys!

It’s faster to drive to Boaz or Albertville. They serve one person at a time. I sit at the speaker for 5 minutes until they finally want to take the code. They never get the order right. It’s bad all the way around.

If I could give negative stars I would!!! Worst fast food place I have been to. We waited over 35 min to get our order after we waited 15 min to place the order! (There was no line!) Then order was wrong wrong wrong! I ordered no onions or pickles and both burgers were COVERED with them! My ol man is very allergic & I just hate them. But they could’ve killed him! Fries were ice cold, burgers old, iced coffees were bitter. Manager was indifferent and acted high. Worst experience ever. Total incompetence. If you value your life- do NOT stop much less eat here!!!

Fries are almost always cold, rude workers, nasty environment! My kid (1 years old ) stood on the table for a couple second and whenever she came over he was sitting down. The manager came over there demanding he get down and called him a girl. Like worry about your awful store!!! They went viral on TikTok for a cashier falling asleep while taking an order because she was cracked out of her mind!!!

Not only did I wait nearly 45 minutes for my order – which is a regular occurrence at this McDonald’s – but there’s EGG SHELLS on my sausage McMuffin. I live close by so this is the only McDonald’s around, but honestly, this is my last straw. If you go at night time , there is absolutely no issue. But the morning and lunch crew are rude and careless. This has happened multiple times and I am personally done with McDonald’s in general. I know this review isn’t going to change anything, but at least other people won’t be surprised when they are waiting a long time for food that has egg shells in it.

Drive through service is doing everything to look good to corporate despite it making the experience worse for customer. Only taking one order waiting for it to pay. The. Pulling it into a parking spot before letting the next car order. Your drive through times look great but all of your customer wait longer just to make management look good on paper.
