Weirdest McDonald’s drive thru ever! Look at my picture and take a second to think about what this photo implies. After waiting about 5 minutes for the 2 cars in front of us to order (bad start) we paid at the 1st window. Only got our drinks at the 2nd window and were told to pull around to the 3rd window to wait for our food. The car in front of us was a family of 5. It was so slow the mom had time to walk 2 of her children in to use the restroom, return, swap seats with the father who walked the 3rd child in to use the potty, and returned to take the driver’s seat back… let that sink in. Tell me of another drive thru wherere you have ample time for the entire family to go in and use the restroom while you’re still in line? Lol!! It was easily a 20+ minute experience and our food was room temperature. I suggest you try one of the other nearby options. I don’t know why this location has complicated what should be an easy process.

This used to be a reliable go to for me and my family. Within the last few months, there are younger kids that work there now especially at night. Which is fine, until I go into the store to correct a wrong order from the driveway. The kids are CUSSING AND FIGHTING WITH EACHOTHER. The place is a mess and the managers are fighting too! Idk what happened, someone must have retired and took the good service with them. Someone needs to step up and actually manage the employees.

The team here is on point. I have nothing but nice things to say about this McDonald’s every time I go to Holiday world or to the casino. I always stop here at this little McDonald’s because everything is consistent fast fresh and friendly. These people knock it out of the park every time Penny was exceptionally friendly helping me get my 19,000 sauces because I’m saucy and after being left in the lobby for a little bit manager, made it right and gave me a free Coke for my wait. Just wanted to give a shout out to The Mann family the franchisee you own is a 10 out of a 10!!

Very nice fast food restaurant. It appears very clean, bathrooms are also very tidy and upkept. When I ordered, the staff was courteous and nice. The Big Mac was hot and aesthetically good as well. The milk shake was decent too. All in all, I’ll give this location a 5-star rating based on all the above.

I’m a frequent breakfast flyer here. The lady that was there almost every morning doing breakfast has retired. Ever since she retired they just can’t seem to get it together. I am a very patient person and have waited many mornings. This morning there was another car that got service in front of me I waited 10 minutes and nobody even took my order. I would not have waited that long but I had already placed a mobile order. I finally just left. Supposed to open drive-thru at 4:00 a.m. and this was at 4:30.

They have changed the steak bagel again. They are now over 7$ and the meat has gotten worse again. This time its like ground beef. Terrible flavor and value. Literally nothing on the menu worth the price.

We really try and be patient but every time they tell us to wait at the flagpole. This most recent time we waited at the flagpole. We waited 10 minutes, which they came out and they didn’t bring my wife’s holiday pie. Guy was a complete jerk and said come inside to get a refund or wait 12 minutes. Was our final straw no pun intended.

Ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese meals, no ketchup, mustard, onions or pickles and add mayonnaise. When I received my order it had ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions and mayonnaise. They were so messy my wife and I couldn’t eat them. It was a waste of money and I won’t go back to any McDonald’s after that experience. If I had thought about it I would have taken pictures to show how bad they were.

Very clean, food was amazing customer service was incredible. I was so worried about stopping here on our road trip and let me say this. Stop and Eat here if you like 10/10 dining experiences. Everything looked exactly like the picture irl. And I don’t eat McDonalds so that says a lot
