Both the front of house and back of house take food allergies very seriously here. I was very impressed at their protocols and cleanliness and it definitely makes me feel assured about dining here. They have a new menu and I really liked the options– there is something everyone will enjoy. I had the chicken fajita bowl and it was delicious and huge. Being right before the holiday season, it was busy, yet everyone was super friendly and helpful, and our food came in a timely manner. I also really liked that, unlike some restaurants, 99 keeps the dining room comfortably heated in the winter. I didn’t have to wear my coat though dinner like at most places. I bring my mom here a lot when she visits, because they always get her order just right and the wait staff is so friendly. The Westfield 99 consistently does it right, always going the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. Thank you!!

I had such a wonderful experience at the 99 Restaurant! Even though they were understaffed, the entire team went above and beyond. The service was incredible — attentive, friendly, and full of good energy. The cooks absolutely nailed it; the food came out hot, fresh, and delicious.

Have eaten here many times. It’s one of the more consistent places we go when we want something fast but hearty and know the quality of the food will be good. Many of the servers there have been there for a long time. Genuinely good service every time I’ve ever eaten there. Whether I’ve sit at a table or sit at the bar eat dinner it’s always a good experience.One of the better bats in Westfield.

Food is 5 stars, service is 4 to 5 stars, popcorn is 5 stars, the music if you call it that makes the atmosphere is 1 star tops. Most people who eat there are middle aged to older. The ones who have the money. Therefore playing rap or generation z music with autotune its terrible. I rather no music

The staff was nice. Our waiter was great! Kept up with our drinks and kept us supplied with popcorn while we waited for our food. The food was amazing! The portions were generous. I had ribs my boyfriend had shrimp. Yum!

In town for work (from Pennsylvania) and stopped for dinner. I was wanting some kind of seafood while in Massachusetts. I ordered the Hot Butter Lobster roll for $28.99 ( the $26.99 lobster roll is basically the same thing just done in mayonnaise and for $2.00 cheaper ) the meal looked good but when I tried the lobster meat it wasn’t that good and very chewy. If it wasn’t for the price and me being hungry I would of threw it in the trash. Meal isn’t filling so I stopped at McDonald’s on my way back to the hotel room and ordered dinner. Since I’m from out of state on work I won’t be a returning customer. The strawberry lemonade on good though.

We came here after a busy dinner, rush, and all the staff had clearly worked a long day…But that didn’t matter because from the kindness of the host, to the bartender covering the service floor, and the manager. The staff was the best ever.
I had an issue with my food, and they corrected it no problem, and made me feel super at ease about sending it back. The kitchen nailed it on the second try!
I own a bar & a restaurant, myself, and anyone would certainly be lucky to have this team at their location. Cheers 99 and thank you!
