Update Sept-25, still great loaction and friendly staff. I used the drive-thru today and although there was a long line of cars the line moved quickly. The coffee and egg bites were great as expected.

This just might be the slowest Starbucks in the county. It’s right off of 95, so it’s REALLY not the employees fault, the fault I believe is in the layout of its parking lot/building. It’s cramped and inefficient, dangerous for customers walking in from the adjacent parking lot because it is SO cramped in the Starbucks parking lot itself. Speaking of safety, it’s a risk every single time you even attempt to leave the parking lot because the main “entrance” that people use is a once way exit, of which signage does not apparently matter, but you can’t even blame the drivers because the parking lot is SO poorly constructed. Because of this inefficiency in design, there is almost always a line wrapped dangerously long into the adjacent parking lot for the drive thru, and do not bother making an in-app order here because your ice will be melted and your danish freezing by the time you get it. Despite all of that, the vast majority of the employees are kind and you can tell doing their very best, I just wish corporate recognized the obvious problems in that location itself. And I will say the exception to the employees is the lady always in the fedora…. She might be efficient, dang near flings the drinks into the car, but she might not be the best pick for customer facing duties just from her overall attitude….

On 8/8/25 around 8am i went and got my usual drink. Normally they make it perfectly and the experience is pleasant with the employees. Today was nothing like that I asked for extra caramel drizzle and line the cup and there was no caramel at all on the drink. The employee looked miserable on the drive-thru no energy and very unpleasant. I know that they cant take drinks back so I kept my drink and drove off. For the prize of these drinks and the expectations of Starbucks company these employees should know better and make sure that drinks are made properly.

This place was busy today but the team handled it great! Looked like they were working together well and everything was flowing efficiently. We got our standard Iced Pumpkin Spice latte and hot vanilla Latte and then the Ham and Swiss sandwich for lunch. There is a drive thru here as well but we like going in when time and weather permits.

I drove through. It was quick and they had what I wanted. I only bought 2 slices of pumpkin loaf and a brownie. Starbucks have the best treats ! The person who took my order was very nice. Something special in my day .

The staff here is phenomenal, I ordered a coffee to go, And honestly, I was running so late to go get it because the day has been crazy for me. The staff literally remade my drink because they said they wanted to give me a high-quality coffee, and because I didn’t get a chance to pick it up it had gotten watered down. For no charge, they remade my drink. Thank you for amazing service this coffee will be getting me through a night shift!!

This is always the best Starbucks to go to. Great management, staff, and drinks. I had doordashed two drinks and when I received them there was only one. When I informed the dasher she said “it’s not her problem” (she had simply not grabbed it) we placed another order for the same drink and when we received it, it included the drink that the dasher didn’t grab plus a new one and a gift card with an apology for something they didn’t even do wrong. They always go above and beyond for their customers

It’s a great Starbucks with a drive thru window located just off I-95 at the Palm Bay Road exit. Staff is very friendly and the restrooms are clean. My only beef is sometime the drive thru is slow due to too many cars in line. Sometimes it’s just faster to run inside for my coffee.
