Cool, large restaurant with lots of different spaces inside and out. There is large tavern area, inside restaurant, outdoor patio and space for parties. The food is solid, some good coctails as well. Liked my trout dish. Service was pretty good, attentive and friendly. Menu has good variety, should be something for everyone. Would go back again.

My family and I have gone to Blue canyon periodically over the past 20 years since it opened. Generally I would say that we have enjoyed it, but I’m getting increasingly frustrated with our visits. First, the food is nothing special. While our brussel sprouts for the appetizer were excellent, our entrees left a lot to be desired. I had the salmon which was cooked correctly but really small, and I chose not to get the mashed potatoes so the vegetables that I ordered as my side were just underwhelming. My son got the burger, which was fine, but again underwhelming. My wife’s salad that she ordered with grilled chicken was just fine. All of this is increasingly irritating to me when I think about the price tag that is associated with this restaurant. I mean, who do you think you are? A Michelin star restaurant? Hardly! They were trying to ask over $50 for their steak special! Really?! While I didn’t pay for tonight’s dinner, the last time we were in, they had a surcharge for using a credit card. That’s just tacky at such an expensive restaurant!
We were seated in the bar area which was fine at the beginning, but was a bit loud and got increasingly colder as the evening went on. Additionally, while the renovation in the main dining room has been complete for a while, I have to say whoever chose the style of the left hand side of the fireplace closer to the kitchen. Totally missed the boat on the aesthetic. It’s downright ugly! Sadly, I’m probably not going to go back anytime soon.
I will finish with a compliment. Our service this evening was excellent. Our waitress(es) did a phenomenal job of serving us. Cheers to them at making that aspect of the meal enjoyable.

It’s been a little while since my lovely bride and I had been to Blue Canyon, and we left feeling as though we had been away too long! We were celebrating our anniversary and it could not have been better! Seating in the tavern area booth was quite comfortable. The Crispy Brussels Sprouts appetizer was delicious gluten free goodness. My bride had the BC Burger with no bun and all of the fixings. Delicious and filling with the rosemary fries. I had the Brick Oven Shrimp and Grits with just a hint of jalapeño. Very tasty and very reasonable. The servers were very polite and helpful. We had a great time, and we will be back soon!

Exactly what we expected an asked for. We went during early bird so we had a smaller (but ample) crowd on a Wed night. On our reservations I noted that it was the first time for our guest and his birthday. The hostess took note and put us in the middle next to the scenic window. Our food was appropriate portion and the tastes we all were looking for. The desert was irresistible so we bought a few of those too. Our waitress was very pleasant and efficient. 100% grade. We even had to go find the hostess to tip her $20 for her attention to detail. I live out of state now and it’s 8 yrs since my last visit so we are grateful that you sustain your standards.

This past weekend we hosted my bridal shower at Blue Canyon. To say that they exceeded our expectations is an understatement; from the food to the service staff the event was truly magical! Olivia and Kelly were especially attentive to our party, very accommodating to friends’ diets and regularly checked up on all guests. The food was amazing, literally no notes– it was that good!
Blue Canyon is especially great to host with as they were able to source tablecloths and cloth napkins for our party as well as provide us with lots of options for room layout, even offering additional tables and help with set up day-of. Communication before the event was always polite, succinct, and speedy. We were able to build an abbreviated menu which was so well loved by our guests– I don’t think they will ever stop talking about the chocolate bomb or the filet! The cocktails recommended and served were wonderful as well– the blueberry lemon drop martini went perfectly with our theme!
We cannot express our gratitude enough for the wonderful experience we have had with Blue Canyon. And we cannot thank Olivia enough for how wonderful she was!! Olivia if you see this, you are PERFECT! All of our friends and family thank you for such a fabulous experience, as the bride I feel so truly very special!!

I got married on September 21, 2024 and it was the perfect day. I wanted a smaller, intimate venue that did not require a minimum of 100 people – I found that with Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern as the maximum capacity is 80 people. The room is gorgeous and the food was amazing. I have received many compliments on the gorgeous venue and amazing food. Katie was great to work with. She jumped in and helped make my day as stress free as she could. We got married on the patio at 330 PM before the restaurant opened and then had our reception inside of the Lodge. We were able to take photos on the patio as well as inside of the restaurant as there is gorgeous scenery and many great photo opportunities. My pictures turned out fabulous. There is no charge for the room but there is a minimum of food and drink that is very reasonable. Most venues I looked at required a minimum of 100 people plus a rental fee. The staff was amazing, my wedding went very smoothly and I could not be happier. If you are looking for a smaller more intimate wedding with high quality food and great staff members then I highly recommend this venue

Love the atmosphere, so cozy! Started either the crispy Brussels sprouts, it’s good but don’t really taste much of the Thai chili glaze and the yum yum sauce. The calamari is lightly battered which I like. I got the wild boar bolognese, it’s not your usual bolognese, it’s like a fried Mac & cheese ball but it’s really burrata stuffed Arancini, it came with broccolini give it even more flavorful.

I just love this place. Slightly higher end price for more than high end food. The chefs here truly know what they’re doing. Visually stunning on top of the great flavor combinations. Nothing on the menu will ever disappoint. They will go out of their way for any special occasion. Always great service.
