So, keep in mind I don’t usually eat fast food and hadn’t been to McDonalds in over 30 years. Today, I was sick and went to pick up meds and had a craving for a Wendy’s Frosty. No Wendy’s in my area so I pulled into McDonald’s to get a Chocolate Shake. There on the sign Hot Strawberry and CHERRY Pie (Excited). So I ordered a Cherry Pie and was told that they didn’t have cherry only Strawberry (which I hate) so I pointed out that it was on the sign outside. the Manager timed in and said that they would check it out. So I ordered Shake $4 for less than a 12 ounce cup the size of a Wendy’s baby frosty and just a little bigger than my medicine bottle. It was AWEFUL!! weird taste and after taste. Attempted to reach out to Purcell, and of course they don’t field calls. I am including photos for the lobby tea containers. The lids do not fit, and this is very unsanitary. Hopefully Purcell will quickly fix this.

Very upset today as I placed an order before the end of breakfast. Came in to pick up my order and they told me they didn’t have any of the stuff to make my order anymore as the time for breakfast ended. Why is it that our orders when ordered, are not prepped and put in somewhere to keep it warm? Seems pointless for us to place a order in the app just to make the employees job easier to put the order in at the drive through.
Ordering breakfast on the app should then be disabled 30minutes in advance and or a notice should be mentioned on the app that the store does not prep anything ordered on the app till you arrive and input your code.
Tried to use tap to pay to order lunch instead and their machine refused to accept tap and wanted me to swipe a card, which I didn’t have on me at that time just to be told ‘sorry’

The floors were disgusting. The trash can was flowing over in the floor when we walked in. There was drink in the floor and they only put out a wet floor sign. There was ketchup on the cabinets. No straws. We said something and they changed out the trash. They put straws out on the counter. The fries were warm and soggy. And NO they were not busy. I have NEVER been in a McDonald’s like this! I won’t be going back!

Its so hard to go anywhere and get quality hot food. For some reason its like cheap is the equivalent to disappointment.
Tonight I stopped and got the 20 piece and two fries, times are hard.. and my meal was hot. Even with waiting to get home to eat. I worked all day, haven’t eaten.. and yall didnt disappoint! Please thank your staff for me. Because you never know if the meal being served is with the last 10 dollars someone has. I appreciate the fact it was right the first time.

This particular McDonald’s continues to be a disappointment. Grabbed breakfast this morning from the drive thru….the coffee was cold (not warm but cold), they didn’t provide any sugar as requested and stated on the receipt, the pancakes and eggs were hard, the biscuits were over cooked, and the hashbrowns were soggy and undercooked. The service itself was neither good nor bad, if I had to describe it in a word it would be lackluster. If there are any other options for you, I would suggest eating anywhere other than this particular restaurant.

I ordered a simple ham egg and cheese McMuffin combo. There were a few cars in line, but I was impressed with the speed it was moving along. That was a mirage for my order. When I pulled it out of the bag it was poorly wrapped. I had to put the sandwich back together, that is when I noticed it had no cheese. To further the failure of this order, the muffin was not toasted, and the ham was cold. I can understand now why it was moving fast. Nothing was cooked. This needs to be fixed, I have lost confidence in this McDonald’s.

Here’s a pro tip: never, ever use the drive thru. They are far too slow and incompetent and if you go through the drive thru you WILL be asked to pull forward and park somewhere else and then have to wait an inordinate amount of time for them to bring it out to you. This is only because they have a stupid set of metrics that they are graded by and they can’t have anyone at the window for more than like 30 seconds without it counting against them and since they can’t work fast enough to accommodate the drive-thru window metrics, they resort to this dumb stuff to massage the numbers and make themselves look good but make you wait longer and longer and longer.
You should always use the mobile parking spots and make them bring it out to you anyway, since that’s what’s going to happen regardless. Ordering one item and feel bad about having them bring it out? Is it raining? Don’t worry about it, because they don’t care either.
