Hard to admit I come here multiple times a week for their hot glazed. I’ve had their other donuts and they are good but is no one getting an hot glaze in these reviews? They are the best. My main reason for this reviews is the staff! Everyone is always so nice. I mean everyone- I have never been disappointed with my service since they reopened. Jessi in particular is amazing but the whole current staff morning and night is top notch truly.

Donut holes were hard as rocks and looked unappealing, order did not match what was ordered. Called to see if the store wanted to make things right before leaving this review. Was told I could bring them back and get a refund or new order, but they wouldn’t do anything about it over the phone. Go back for the $50 order I just paid $13 to have delivered that THEY sent out stale and incorrect? Now for Snoopy, well I don’t think my kid will love it but I laughed my butt off. Mistakes are made but you can actually try to find resolutions and provide customer service when you all messed up. Do better. I’ll be desputing charges with Door Dash.

Arrived at 745 pm all doors were locked. Checked online it said it was open till 9. Workers inside just looked at us. Tried calling all automated. A worker came out to leave i asked what time they closes she said “the lobby is closed, but drive thru is open. Ended up getting donuts but something needs updated.

I placed an online order at around 7:45 am, and set it for pick up at 12:30pm. When I went to pick up my order, it was not ready, and they had no doughnuts. The general staff was kind and did their best to help the mistake. I requested for a refund because of the difference in price of what I ordered and what little they had. The cashier had to wait for the manager. I was frustrated at this point, but what really upset was the manager. They refused to come up and speak to me. I waited for awhile, and the other staff were great and checking in with me. As I waited, I became glad they didn’t have my doughnuts, because I watched several flies go into the icing. After waiting awhile, one of the employees went back and spoke to the manager. Apparently, he had already done it awhile ago, and didn’t have the decency to let me know and not waste my time. Overall, incredibly disappointing. Only redeeming factor was the kind staff. The manager is lucky to have them because it’s definitely not them keeping the place open.

They were out of glazed for 30 minutes, so I ordered random with no filling. I got 4 that have filling. So I basically paid 16.49 for 8 doughnuts.

Forgot a free donut and received a regular donut when it was supposed to be filled for my online order. Talked with the “manager” and the entire time he was making excuses. “Oh we probably didn’t see it” “are you sure you ordered filled” um just look at the receipt?? Said he would refund the order and I got an email saying there was a refund for 40 cents are you joking??

Placed an online order for Peanuts donuts 3 days in advance of the pickup (for Christmas). Received a call at the time I was supposed to pick them up indicating they couldn’t fulfill the order. What is the point of ordering in advance if they can’t fulfill the order? I rarely order donuts and only did this because of the seasonal special. I certainly won’t be ordering Krispy Kreme donuts in the future. Do better, Krispy Kreme.

Lobby is often closed and the donuts are inconsistent at best. Got a dozen donuts today and 2 of the filled are hollow and there is what looks like dirt on multiple donuts. Maybe it’s not dirt, I can’t be sure, and I’m not willing to find out. All the donuts look day old, which might explain why at 630am they were trying to sell a dozen glazed donuts for $2.

The whole month if October they were out if most of doughnuts especially the Halloween ones. We went at all times from 9am to noon. They woukd say the Halloween ones are very popular and I suggested they make a larger amount if selling out early every day! Don’t do a promo if you aren’t going to have the item!!
