Before i go to this location toaday 01/09/2026 8pm i call about at what time they closed the lobby they told me at 10pm so i go there at 8pm then surprise the lobby was closed but not just that i try to ask and they ignored me so i go to the drive thru and ask at what time they close the lobby thry said at 8 and i told them that i call and in the sign is at 10pm so make you mind and they said if you don’t like it go somewhere else so i will bye bye Jack in the box i got it on video i will put it on face tomorrow

Horrible… we arrived at this location at 850 pm. They close at 10pm but he just waived us to the drive thru.. my children kept asking why. I bet it was because they didn’t want to allow people to dine in, because they would have to clean up the dining area again. Lazy if you ask me. Won’t be coming here again. They always gave us cold tacos anyway. They suck. I’m moving on.

I was surprised by this Jack in the Box. My car was getting the tires cared for next door. So went in to the Jack in the Box, and the seating area was pristine. Clean, organized, and the furniture was nifty. The food was it’s usual pleasant quality.
Because it was so nice inside, I stayed and did some work.
Just thought I’d do a shout out to the staff there. Somebody likes to clean!!

This is a nice Jack in the Box. It was clean and the service was fast. My mother ordered the spicy chicken snack but one of the pieces was tiny and overdone. The manager was so apologetic when I asked for a replacement chicken strip. He sent out a whole new snack box, including fries. I had the sourdough Jack sandwich and it was delicious.

I go to jack n the box often. And it’s and spanish dude always have an attitude. I made an online order and was made to stay in the line so we asked for food to be fresh once get to the window. Because when we attempted to come inside and pick it up , it was sitting there ready.
Once we got to the windo , fries cold, asked for sauce , gave me one for a two person order: this is him every time I come up here
