I am VERY IMPRESSED with this grain valley mo Mcdonalds!! My order came outside for a curbside pick up. I had stopped choosing the curbside pick up because at many many other locations, it took a long time, but not this location today ( even with them being busy). I also ordered a mocha frappe, which I have customized it for the last 10ish years at many different locations as well; the one they made today was GREAT! Literally the best 1 I’ve ever had. Great work and employees you have working at this location!

Food was so burnt I couldn’t eat it , both of my sausage mcmuffins were so burnt you can’t even chew them. Sucks because now I’ll be hungry until lunch because I have to go to work and do t have time to drive all the way back there to have them replaced. Definitely takes the convenience out of the drive thru or “fast food”.

Sadly this is a place where you have to pay 20 cents extra to add mayonnaise. I’m a very honest McDonald’s reviewer, I was so sad to see the fries left like that (see photo). That’s so low I can’t even go back in or else risk being ashamed that “I just ate my fries” and wanted another one for free. I got two double cheese and they were okay. The atmosphere didn’t seem to have that bubbly vibe you get from McDonald’s. And the service has quite a few teens where they seem to swear out loud which in this culture I know isn’t super unnormal but being a kid’s place I brought the service down to four.

Ordered 4 breakfast meals and when I arrived to the window they only had 3 meals ready and indicated the 4th order was not captured. I payed for the 4th meal at the pickup window and waited for the remaining order to be prepped. I also requested hot picante for 2 of the meals and received mild instead. Also no napkins were provided. The individual taking the order was very soft spoken and could hardly hear them. The quality of food was good but the execution of the order was lacking.
