There was a line of cars we got to the window. Our order was wrong. They handed out the wrong drinks. They charged us the wrong price. They gave us cold fries cold cheeseburgers my chili with cheese on it was not melted or hot. The junior burger looks like somebody dug their fingernails through the top of the bun, gross! Nothing from there was even remotely edible. The manager did not seem to have a care in the world and the girl that was working the register didn’t know how to do anything she must have been new bless her heart. Please avoid this Wendy’s if you do not want food poisoning.

I’ve had very pleasant interactions with the staff at all the Loveland locations, but wanted to especially thank this one out by Target!
My kiddo was collecting the toys and I asked if they had a specific one. The staff got all stoked, found it, and we had us a celebratory moment there in the drive through
Then, I came back a few days later and got the last toy we didn’t have!

People are nice but y’alls Diet Coke has been nasty for the last 6 months and I have complained several times. It always tastes messed up and I can assure you I drink a lot of Diet Coke.
Also, whoever designed this parking lot needs random urine tests for their lifetime and possibly an ankle monitor.

Thanks to the amazing crew at the I25 & Highway 7 Wendys. We stopped for a snack on our way north tonight (110825) after celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday in Denver. I asked if they could throw a birthday candle in her burger because I am romantic like that. The young woman at the window told me she didn’t have any but proceeded to gather the rest of the crew around and all sang her happy birthday. It was awesome! Thanks folks.

I went through the drive through and got the wrong food. I came inside to get the correct food. A young woman with facial piercings was behind the counter putting someone’s food in a bag. I stood patiently for a couple of minutes. She did not make eye contact or acknowledge me in any way even though I was standing right in front of her. Like I was invisible. Never had an experience like this at this location. When I did get her attention she was cold and unapologetic. Very disappointing experience.

Please give Miguel a raise because his attitude was so kind and upbeat as soon as I approached the counter to place my order. And not just with me, but every customer. I ordered a Krabby Patty meal and it was delicious! The food was out so quickly, the restaurant was clean, and everyone was so kind. I had been looking forward to ordering a krabby patty all day, so thank you all at this location for making it a wonderful experience!

My experience at this location was stellar, the staff was friendly and the food was good. I’ve had some poor experiences at other Wendy’s locations and it’s been a while since I’ve been back. Today I’m glad I came in, whoever is taking care of this one brought me back to Wendy’s so thank you. Specifically, Miguel was great, he made sure my order was correct and was friendly and attentive.
