I honestly don’t agree with leaving bad reviews when places are trying their best if it’s busy/overwhelming but this time i felt it very necessary. Every time I come here my order is always incorrect, whether it’s the coffee or the food (whether it’s busy or not). I love Dunkin’s food as a business but this location specifically needs SIGNIFICANT improvement. I don’t know who the management is here but they should come take a closer look at what’s going on here on a daily. The place is usually a mess and the teenagers that work here are usually playing and laughing around with each other while mean mugging paying customers who just want to place an order or receive help!! All while handing you the wrong food, the wrong drink or possibly even NONE at all (if they can even take the order properly). When you try to ask them for help to get what you asked for they are rude and VERY unapologetic.If I could give zero stars I would. I am leaving this review with hope that the location will be inspected, audited and the staff re-trained with EFFECTIVE management. This is not positively reflective of the Dunkin franchise in any way. Someone please do something. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to have their day ruined.

The manager, Westley, is absolutely amazing. I had to get quiet a few dozen of Valentine donuts, 2 weeks in a row. Westley took care of me both times, he made sure that all of my donuts were ready and made sure everything i wanted was avaliable. If you need to order over 15 dozens of donuts, he is the guy!

27 minute wait ✋️

First of all they were fully staffed.

Lot of talking, and yelling back n forth 0 managamnet skills in that building.

The nice lady changing the lids (because they dont have any straws) had to yell at the people in the back to stop goofing off.

Yall messed up our order too!
Egg and white cheddar, no we got an american cheese with sausage.
No let’s goof off, then forget what we are supposed to give them.

Needing some serious managamnet in the house.

I stopped by a few mornings every now and again and order my work grandmother a large hazelnut frozen coffee. The service staff always has a smile! I’m a morning person and pretty cheerful, so I appreciate fellow morning people. The customer service is great. I’m definitely going to get the names so I can edit the review later on. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I do enjoy some donuts, so they have a customer for life.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Dunkin’ location for a long time, and I usually enjoy the quick service and consistent drinks. However, lately the quality has noticeably declined.

I have tried to go to this location three separate times over the last 3 months and every single time I go they are out of Sugar Free Vanilla syrup. Annoying because it’s out of my way, but that’s fine. Today though, I went and I mentioned to the girl on the speaker that they’ve been out for a while to which she goes “well it’s a popular item and we only order one bottle at a time.” I’m sorry but I’m genuinely confused. If it is such a popular item that you are consistently out of, then why are you not ordering more than one bottle at a time? I have never been to any competitors (Starbucks, Scooters, Dutch Bros) and they are out of a syrup. This is frustrating because the whole reason why I’ve been going is to use the rest of my gift card balance that I have and I can’t even do that because they’re always out of it! If something is popular and there is demand, order more! It’s that simple.

I ordered a large sweet tea and it tasted like perfume, I even had my husband try it and he spit it out quickly and threw the tea away!!!! Nasty … And I got a maple bacon sandwich and it was cold and hardly no bacon on it . Very disappointed!!!!

They don’t even use the numbers on the order and just gave away my food to someone else. Bout 6 people avoiding eye contact. Lady ask what I was waiting for and I answer her question with I’m waiting for order number #### and she then just asks the question again but wants to know if it’s food. Why not just ask me if I’m waiting for food. I was here for 40 min for 2 sandwiches. All these systems and computers and no one confirms tickets with customers. Then people just openly bash the the maker of the sandwich but it was someone else that gave it away. There wasn’t even an apology only blame along with “thanks for waiting”. Food would have tasted better if the experience was pleasant.

I go here almost every morning. They have been out of multiple things for days, trucks get delayed that’s understandable. Today I ordered a large iced coffee, and it was probably only filled to a mediums worth in the cup. I said I hate to be like this but could you top it off maybe? I would not have paid for a large if this was the case. The employee said “that’s the fill line.” I said back “it is never like this” and she walked away from me. This location has completely gone downhill- I’ll be driving out of my way from now on.
