They are always screwing me. I don’t have time on my lunch or after work to come fix it. The cashier rang it correctly, but whoever put it together gave me a single. I paid for a double. It’s always something with this location. If they’re not slow, they’re incompetent. If they’re not incompetent, their attitudes suck. It’s always something.

Food tastes good but your burger womt be properly put together also you’re going to wait for it and if they set you aside you’re gonna wait even longer might even have to go inside too. Not to mention when you go inside people have no hair nets cooking your food one girl had 4ft blue hair just shaking around everywhere…. Overall won’t be going back to this location.

I got a busy tone while try calling. Now they are ignoring my calls. I just want to get my order fixed. The french fries look like they’ve been half eaten in my burger has zero lettuce and taste like it’s been out !

They never have anything apparently. Just got told they only have sweet tea and water. No meat for new burgers. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They are always lying about not having stuff.

Ordered through DoorDash, ordered 2 double quarter pounders and a 10 piece nugget meals, all with large Coke. Received the fries, drinks, and sauce, no burgers or nuggets.
Seeing as I’m fairly close by, I take pictures of my receipt and bag and drive over(defeating the purpose of delivery).
Arrived at the location and walked in, the manager (middle-aged black gentleman) walked over and greeted. I simply say hey and bring up that I had a DD order a few minutes prior and was missing the items listed above. He said, ” I understands but I stopped him there and said,I got pictures of the receipt and bags. No apology of any kind for their screw up and then he disappears(dont see him again). Fine, I just need my food. The main packer (black lady with blonde hair) simply asks nicely what I need and immediately goes to making my missing items. There are no issues there. I say thank you, and she says have a good one. Cool.
As I walk slowly (I work food aswell) I hear an employee say, “I knew they were gonna come back,” and something else. I don’t have the energy to engage in that conversation. The next person may not be as controlled and patient.
Note: If you’re gonna talk smack about something, wait until that person is gone. That’s the type of stuff that makes people NOT come back.

I’m so tired of ordering frappes and I keep getting slushies with big chunks of ice in it. At first I thought maybe it was the person who made it that day, but it NEVER fails every time I order one I get it the same way. They need better training. Then when you ask them to re make it it’s always an attitude even from the managers. Actually the managers be the main ones giving all types of excuses as to why my frappe is icy!!!! Oh the machine blends it that’s how it comes or the machine is being cleaned right now!!!!! How ???? You just made my frappe and all of a sudden the machine is down for cleaning??? The lies they tell just not to remake it!!!! What ever happen to pleasing the customer????? You chose to work there so don’t include me in your misery just do your job please and blend my frappe well please!!!!

Tried to go through drive thru, on the outer drive lane. The dude behind the intercom asked me to wait, which I did, and had no problem with. After 5 minutes and several cars going through the opposite lane, having ordered, payed and drove off. I said hello, and asked after 5 minutes if they were still there, he rudely informed me he was helping a customer and will get to my order in a second.
When he got me, he was yelling through the intercom taking my order. Acting pretty hostile. I just drove away. I understand it can be stressful dude. But you dont need to talk to anyone like that, that just wasn’t nice. Took myself to Chik Fil A, not worth trusting them to make my food after that altercation.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich it was supposed to be steak egg and cheese they asked me to park I asked about how long would it take because I’m headed out of town the said not long. I get my food I bite into it noticed it tasted weird it’s a wad of paper in my sandwich and NO EGG so this what I get for asking how long it would take??? Yeah I’ll be contacting a lawyer today. And I already sent the picture to a friend who works for corporate

Best McDonalds I’ve been to! Customer service is amazing! Managment deserves a raise! Me and my husband were waiting for the drive through for our food, the manager (in a purple shirt) offered us an ice cream cone or a pie for the wait, he ended up giving us two pies and ice cream cone. He’s amazing and again should get a raise!

Horrible service at this location. They always take your money and never give you everything that comes with the order you made. They didn’t give me my receipt due to employees being lazy on filling machine with paper. Waited for about 15-min, never got it… food looked thrown together, large fries half full. And you have to beg for extra ketchup. Owner might want to reconsider the employees he currently has working there, especially in the evening hours. Our community deserves good respectable service…
