What can I say, other than this establishment is top tier. I’ve been in Texas almost two years and this is hands down the best Bar B Que spot I’ve visited. As a first timer, I was greeted by loyal customers who’d been eating with this establishment for years. I was reassured I wouldnt be disappointed and it was everything I wanted and more. Every meat offered (I tried them ALL) was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Portion wise you will definitely get what you pay for, I was quite impressed in comparison to others. Though they provide you with an excellent in house sauce you dont need it but you should try it. You dont need to add anything, it was truly mouth watering all on its own. The sides/ desserts didnt disappoint either, I’ve tried the green beans, baked beans, collard greens, pineapple coleslaw, mac & cheese and their spin on banana pudding was amazing.
Lets not forget the daily specials, can we say mindblowing. Who woyld have thought a smoked baked potato? They did and it made my daughter soooo happy. We did turkey and again very satisfying. Mac & Cheese/w Pulled Pork, coming right up, another of her favorites.
So I’ve said all this to say, GO NOW!!!! You will not regret it. The earlier, the better they almost ALWAYS Sale Out!!!Thank you again for such an experience!!! Ive been screaming your praise everywhere we go.
