I come into McDonald’s after a long and hard day, all I expect is to have a simple order made right and an all right environment as I wait for my food, but both of those were not met. I come into McDonald’s and I order on the machine and I get the free big Mac but I have to spend two dollars so I get a medium drink and extra cheese on my big Mac. I got the extra cheese because there’s two patties so I think there should be two pieces of cheese so I got an extra. Then I wait for my food and then I get my food and they forget my drink. I go to the counter wait for like three minutes then finally someone serves me and I get my drink. Then I go over to fill it up and there are flies flying all over everywhere. It made filling out my drink so uncomfortable with all these Flies thinking they might try and land on my drink. then when I get home, I open up my big Mac and I only have one piece of cheese when I specifically put one extra piece of cheese on there. I am very dissatisfied right now. It feels like every time I go to this McDonald’s something is made wrong. I would really like this to be fixed.

I am giving a huge shout-out to the staff that handled a rude, entitled, unhinged customer who was in drive thru. They handled her with professionalism while letting her know her behavior is not okay. Those young kids handled it really well. I hope management recognize them for being professional and amazing at their job.

They didnt give me a fry when i ordered a 5$ meal deal and she tryna say it came with the fry but i didnt even get it horrible customer service wont own up to your own mistake

They have messed up 2 of my orders now. It’s a simple order or two double hamburgers with only ketchup on them. The first time, they gave me two cheeseburgers with only ketchup. The second time they only gave me one of the burgers. To mess up such a simple order, is very disappointing service.

Besides the doors being locked during school hours. This place is really good place. I haven’t seen a TOASTED buns from McD since the 90s! Great job McD of St. Louis Park! Will drive out of the way for this place!

Manager was extremely crabby. Some staff seemed unhappy. Burger was decent but oddly I had pieces of bone or some hard material in every other bite. Hope they didn’t drop that patty on the floor!

Excellent location a few blocks from major interstate. Facilities are new, clean spacious.
Team as friendly professional and clean as they can be.
Nice play area for kids.
Ample parking.
