Had the most disgusting experience today with Sonic off orchard, went in after the gym to grab some food to refuel ordered a chicken sandwich and asked for extra sauce, when i noticed there was not extra sauce i let the worker know and they said they needed to talk with management, Anthony the night manager came out to tell me it had the extra sauce, i informed him, then showed him there was no extra sauce he then proceeded to act aggressive about me asking for another side of sauce and made a huge scene in front of other customers, it’s frustrating because I come to this Sonic so often but this now discourages me to and I hope this review does the same for perspective customers thinking about going. The way Anothy, a manager of the establishment treats a customer asking for a simple request, an extra side of sauce, is ridiculous and immature. pictures of the sandwich included, only took 10 minutes and a whole argument to get a side of freaking sauce. They had cute little decorations for outside dining. Even though it’s really cold it was very pleasing to the eye. Our server was also informative and had great communication skills! Definitely would recommend this sonic!

I would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and say thanks for getting me and my family sick for Christmas instead of taking time off for being sick, you still come to work and make food for thousands of people so if your sick and have a cough that’s dry and headache you know who to blame if you came to this store. I had the most amazing service from the workers in this store. Anthony and Cassie have some of the best service I have ever seen in my life. So much hospitality it was the best. I locked myself keys in my car and they frequently came out to check on me while i was waiting for triple A. Gave me some water in the heat and some warm food. Thank you so much Anthony and Cassie you guys are literally the best ! <3

Waited in a mobile spot for over 15 minutes for 3 drinks and watched as they helped every single drive thru person as they never once stepped outside to help the people in the mobile order pick ups. Horrible service! Will not be back and will spend my time going elsewhere.

Ordered a peanut butter Oreo shake. No receipt was given at the time of purchase. Didn’t notice until I got home that there was no Oreo bits in the shake. So I put the shake in the freezer with the intention of going in the next day to show them their mistake and getting a replacement. Even with the shake as evidence, they refused to replace it or give me a refund because I didn’t have the receipt. The shake with no Oreo wasn’t enough evidence? Ridiculous!

Stopped by this Sonic to try the new burger they keep advertising! It was amazing! Ordered two just in case I loved it! I did! Also caught it just in time for happy hour half priced drinks! Always a great deal! This location has the video screens and the speaker works great! The employee was very polite and helpful! Answered my questions about the new burger! The food was hot and my drink was excellent! Try this Sonic if you need good food and good service!

The girl taking our order didnt pay attention to anything we said. Took 15 minutes to get through the drive through. Everytime we ordered something or asked a question, we waited a good 30-60 seconds for a response of “what was that, or is that it?” When we finished ordering there was no confirmation, just a total. They got one drink wrong and completely missed 2 items, saying she didnt know we had ordered them. She asked if we wanted to order them and we said no, as we were pretty frustrated by this point. She then slammed the window on us as we were asking for straws, forcing us to honk for service. Just got home and have to update…. I pick up my milkshake and the bottom of the cup fell off!
