By far the best meal I have ever had in my life. I’m not exaggerating — the food was so incredibly good it genuinely made me want to cry.
I got the SLT (salmon, lettuce, tomato) and the sauce on that sandwich was unreal. Perfect flavor, super fresh, and you can tell they use very high-quality ingredients. They also had a tomato basil soup special and my wife got the French onion soup, and both were absolutely phenomenal.
I literally called people after eating here just to tell them they need to try this place. The portions are generous, the pricing is very reasonable, and the lunch deal is amazing value.
Do not be scared to try the salmon or shrimp sandwiches even if they sound different. Everything is blended so well and tastes incredible.
There is no better lunch spot in Northwest Indiana. You have to try Panini Panini.

An absolute gem! You must stop by and see owner Mars and her beautiful French style cafe. The food is simply stunning and amazing value. We ordered the half sandwiches and soup, you even get extra bread for the soup, a small salad and some melon. They also cater for gluten free! We couldn’t be more impressed. Will absolutely be back!

I was recommended this restaurant from an AirBNB host. I wish I could give this place 5 stars, but although the smell and presentation of the food was great, the pesto chicken sandwich I ordered was extremely dry. The chicken seemed to be overdone, and honestly, more cheese and pesto could also help. I will add a photo because it definitely looked and smelled appetizing!
The server was super nice and offered some garlic sauce, but it did not help as the chicken’s skin was just too rough. That Italian bread was super yummy though.
I gave the feedback to the employees and the chef, and they were apologetic and super nice about it. I was still hungry since I had not finished my first order, and although they were about to close, they made me another sandwich. That kind of customer service is TOP-TIER.
They value honesty, and I appreciate that! ♥️
On the other hand, my children had the grilled cheese and LOVED it! I also love how they offered fruit as the free side. That’s a bonus for the health-conscious parents! They have a cute variety for desserts that included some brownie choices (the walnut is good and FREE with an honest review), a carrot cake, coconut macarons, crème brûlée, etc..
Due to their understanding and welcoming staff, I would recommend, and I would not mind giving this place another try.

I have loved this place since it opened!! This is -thee perfect- brunch spot, I’m not being hyperbolic here at all. The coffee is perfect, the soup is robust with flavour. In the summer and spring dining outside feels heavenly. The food is an utter delight, very French inspired in its cuisine. My personal brunch picks are the quiche Lorraine and croque Madame, the bacon wrapped dates and the lemon tarts but everything I’ve tried has been delicious! This is a great little spot for a cafe date if you’re looking to impress or give someone a new carrot cake addiction. The pasta is so fresh and richly decadent. You won’t be disappointed no matter what you order!

We catered Panini Panini at work and it was phenomenal! Everyone loved the flavorful sandwiches, fresh salad and fruit. It was a great spread with plenty of variety. I personally had half of the grilled cheese and half of the mushroom sandwich and they were so delicious! The staff is always so kind and the atmosphere is comfortable. If you haven’t tried this local gem you are missing out!

My first time here and was very impressed- quality food and great service – I will make this a regular stop on my trips to Michigan! Ham & Cheese was delicious and best potato salad and 2 slices of melon as well! Crème Brûlée was very good too! I wish I lived closer !

I stumbled into this gem after moving to Chesterton about a year ago, and this is my favorite sandwich shop in the area!
Angel and the rest of the staff are amazing, and their food is so dang tasty and the price is great too! I usually order the sandwich and soup combo (Ruben and French onion) and it also comes with a side salad, fruit and bread. The portions are great, and their food is made with quality, fresh ingredients! Their pastries are also super tasty and the coffee is really good as well! You gotta stop by and try the best lunch spot in MI City, IN!

Quite surprised! Much more quality food than I anticipated. Food was wonderful. Atmosphere was cute and I loved the patio. For the prices, there was a lot of food. The staff was helpful and extremely friendly despite how busy they were! Would return and try all the things on the menu.
