Everytime I come to this location the wait is insanely slow. Forget going before 8am or after 8pm because it’s a guarantied 5-15 min wait time. Worst part in the last 15+ years here not only will you wait but 95% part if not the entire order is old & cold.

The girl at the drive thru had a personality of a rock. Couldn’t get the order correct. I wanted a bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. asked for no sauce. She kept telling me no sauce was on it. Smh. When I got my order. I got a egg and ham on a English muffin.

Thank God for the cooks at this location. The food is always too notch, fresh, hot and delicious!
The management is sketchy. He doesn’t feel it’s important to give you back your change. I was due .43 cents, and the cashier said he has requested someone to bring him some change over an hr ago, but the manager won’t do it. There was a long line in the drive thru. When I got to the window, I asked for the manager and told him I didn’t get my change.
When I told him how much it was his expression was that of frustration as though I shouldn’t be bothering him with this.
Is this what you’re teaching your cashiers…that minimal coins and change aren’t of value and that you shouldn’t waste time because it’s fast food and everyone is in a rush??

Service here is always slow, even when you order on the mobile app. Drive thru employees have been rude and inattentive. They never smile and act like it’s a chore or unreasonable to provide a good guest experience. The only reason I even go there at all is because my daughter loves the chicken nuggets and fries, but I guarantee you that when she is over this faze, I will NOT be going back here.

Ordered food at the kiosk Sunday morning November 2nd, 2025. Waited for 30 minutes while only the drive-thru was served food and had to leave without my food to make it to worship. They were normal levels of busy that morning which isn’t nothing to sniff at but nothing outside expected and manageable. It doesn’t get much worse service than to have to leave without the food you paid for.

Was wanting something quick and easy, but it was neither quick or easy. They forgot two items on my order and had to be reminded for one, when I tried to inform an employee about my missing drink he looked at me nodding and turned to just go help a customer instead of letting someone else know, the food took very long and multiple customers were upset the place also had a foul sewer like smell.

Consistently slow and has drive through park every time to wait on orders. They don’t provide the table service inside but won’t disable it on the app and has zero employees working the counter every time.

They took like 30 minutes to give me my food. They told me to “pull up to spot #1” and then…forgot that I existed I guess because I watched them bring out THREE separate orders for the cars in spot #2, one that included FIVE happy meals, and it took me 30 minute to get a box of chicken nuggets LOL. I had to ask a worker in the parking lot what was going on (I had been trying to give then the benefit of the doubt) but nope they just straight up had not made my food. Don’t come here.
