I requested a refund for the Gremlins Midnight Meal I purchased. I was instructed to pull around and wait for the order, which reasonably set the expectation that the meal was being prepared fresh. What I received looked nothing like the advertised Gremlins Midnight Meal shown on the poster and was not appetizing, especially considering the wait.

The most significant issue is that the meal is supposed to come with a specific Midnight Sauce, and I was also asked if I wanted extra sauce, which I confirmed. I did not receive any sauce at all—neither the included sauce nor the extra sauce I was asked about. This makes the order objectively incomplete.

When I returned to address the missing sauces, the situation was handled unprofessionally. The shift manager was dismissive and said, “I’m not going to argue with you, man,” despite the fact that I was not arguing—only calmly pointing out what was missing and what I received. I was also referred to as “this guy” and “man,” which is inappropriate and unprofessional, especially from someone in a leadership role.

There was also unnecessary confusion among staff while attempting to resolve what should have been a simple drive-through order. This reflects a lack of training, and upper management should be made aware of how this situation was handled.

I am not seeking anything beyond what is reasonable. I am simply requesting a refund due to an incomplete order, unmet expectations after being asked to wait, and unprofessional customer service

Rude people that always forget items. As a previous fast food worker, I understand how the system for online ordering works, and on multiple occasions they forgot to notify doordash that the order was ready to be picked up. So I was sitting for half an hour on each occasion, waiting for a driver that was never going to show up, unless I called the store to tell them I was waiting too long. On each of these occasions, they forgot an entire sandwich, the most recent a $9 bacon ultimate cheeseburger. I will not be ordering from here again they need to hire new people who aren’t smoking during their shifts, obviously due to the city we’re in nobody there is sober enough to do their job right. Sure fast food isn’t perfect, but they should never make this many mistakes and so often

Brought my daughter here. The burgers were good, tasted fresh and made neatly. The fries tasted like they were all taken from the bottom of the day old pile. A mix of stale, hard, and curly fries (i ordered regular) in addition, i had to clean off my own table and in the half hour I was there, no one made a pass through the lobby area despite several employees walking orders out to cars and seeing what I could see.
I arrived at around 1pm and am writing thins at 130pm.

Well, I had to repeat my order multiple times at the drive thru menu, twice more at the window, and 10 minutes later they STILL got my order wrong. This was the 2nd time in a row that my order was wrong. Maybe its better on other days, but Saturdays are a bust for me!!

20 minutes after Mobile order time estimate this location hadnt even started our order despite checking in with the counter within moments of placing through app. Another half hour wait with our order being pushed behind every other customer and drive through order (most of which had to return with some issue or another), our food finally came out sub-par and with high levels of negative attitude from the apparent shift manager. Well worth the 10 min drive to the Fruitland location where service and food is always as should be.

I got the supreme sourdough breakfast meal, and even though it shows a drink included I was charged an additional $1 for an orange juice instead of coffee which I was told would’ve been extra too. The sandwich is all dry bread, there is not even a normal size egg patty in it and you couldn’t get the ham or the bacon any thinner and it’s not even a whole slice of cheese on it. What the hell has happened to quality food?? I used to love these sandwiches when I lived in Boise and this “breadwich” is nothing like those were. Seriously, what an absolute joke this is. Do better Jack-in-the- Box, this is unacceptable!!!

I would just like to say that Laura at Jack in the box in Ontario is a very amazing worker and has amazing customer service skills, she was very willing to work with us when we wanted to order a large amount of food online and made it into the wrong restaurant and I super appreciate her working with us to make sure we got what we need in a reasonable amount of time.

We just ate at this Ontario jack in the box. Pop machine self service is not working and no offer from staff to fill our drinks without asking. They just hand us empty cups and their soda machine does not work

I Doordash for a lot of stores, but Chris really makes it a breeze over at this Jack in the Box! Quite a stark contrast from the one in Fruitland. Definitely pay that dude more.
