Pretty disappointed with my visit. I spent about $16 on a salad and paid an extra $3.99 for double chicken, and it wasn’t even a handful of chicken. When I asked about it, they said their chicken filets are just small. For that price, customers should be getting a fair portion. I hope corporate looks into this and either sends larger filets or has them weigh the chicken so customers are actually getting what they pay for.

What a terrible experience. Ordered $40 in foood. A salad with no cucumbers and tomatoes as I’m allergic..salad came with both on it. Ask for a new salad and got the same salad just with those items picked off..that’s not how allergies work. So couldn’t eat it. Wings were super tiny and ice cold. Been to this place a few times and it was pretty good but clearly has gone super down hill.

I had carryout large chicken .. pieces. It was freshly fried, tasty, hot, so we’re the fries that I ordered. I didn’t care for the taste of their coleslaw. It was flat tasting. The other thing negative was the drink. I ordered a coke for myself, but it tasted like coke/dr. Pepper? So 2 things out of 4 I wasted my money on and dumped when I got home as I was on the road.

Absolutely love this restaurant. We rarely make it over to Tampa, and we were in the area because he had an appointment. We were wanting to go through the drive thru, but it was too long so we ate in. They were out of Cole Slaw, so they let him get extra fries. The food was fresh, restaurant was clean and the decor they have is funny and family friendly.

For the most part, this Zaxby’s will get your order right and the food will come out at the right temperature. But there have been times they’ve either forgotten something, or made a mistake like adding grilled chicken to a cobb salad and fried chicken to a house salad when the order on the receipt even states the opposite. Out of all the Zaxby’s closest to me, this one is our go-to spot. We typically eat to-go, so I’m only basing my review on the typical drive-thru scenario. I have no idea what it looks like on the inside, but on the outside everything appears clean.

Just make sure to request for your food “freshly cooked to order”. I have visited this place and they gave me Old food at least twice! So every since then I get out my car and go inside instead drive thru to request for my food to be cooked fresh.

The food was pretty good and the place was relatively clean, but what stood out to me was this very kind worker by the name of mustafa Kaseer, after all those hours he worked he still found the energy to be as friendly as possibly and I think he should be applauded for that. I will definitely be coming back in hopes of seeing him again
