I go to this burger king on Saturday and Sunday mornings before work. The food is good (they will literally let you have it your way, except for free let’s be real). The facilities are clean and presentable. The most important part of this review is the SERVICE. The staff is professional and friendly (which is unheard of nowadays)!! They actually listen when taking your order and prepare your food the way you asked for it!!!! Orders are accurate and nothing is missing, even if you use the drive through! Yes, I know! Mind blowing! This Burger King definitely knows how to do things right. Especially nowadays where, in fast food, no one wants to work and they behave like they hate their jobs! It is good to know that at least one place values their customers and appreciates their hard earned dollars.

No matter what location I visit, Burger King always amazes me. If they could produce the same fries and coffee as their competitor, I would frequent here more.
Regardless, their customer service is just shy of excellent. They are very friendly, accommodating, and patient when I have to refresh my memory of the menu and ask questions.
And their food is always HOT. Very nice group of individuals at this location, and it was clean. Pretty empty, but it’s rare to see a fast food establishment that is clean on the floor AND behind the counter.

Burger King is always delicious and awesome for a quick bite. Their service is quick, easy and tasty. The food here is cheap and they always have wonderful combos and the drive through was easy and really quick. It’s almost like zero waiting time when I went.
The fries here are one of the best fries in the US, fresh and crunchy. The whopper and nuggets were yummy as well.

I recently visited this Burger King location for the first time prior to a job interview. Arriving early, I hoped to observe the environment, evaluate the customer service, and try the food to see if it might be a suitable workplace. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon entering, I was ignored for an extended period, with employees glancing at me but failing to acknowledge my presence or communicate that they would assist me shortly. This lack of engagement made me feel unwelcome.
When the cashier eventually took my order, her demeanor was unprofessional; she mumbled and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. I ordered the “3 for $7” combo, which included a chicken sandwich, French fries, and a drink.
The food quality was extremely poor. The chicken sandwich tasted stale, as if it had been left out for several days. The lettuce was wilted and comprised poor-quality cuts. Disheartened, I sampled the French fries, but my appetite had already diminished.
With only 15 minutes left before my interview, I discarded my meal and decided to cancel the interview due to the negative impression. Later, my significant other confirmed my experience, recounting a similarly unpleasant visit where her food was substandard.
Based on this experience, I can not recommend this location. The poor food quality, lack of customer service, and overall atmosphere were disappointing. For anyone seeking quality fast food, I suggest choosing a different Burger King location.

The staff was extremely nice, the only problem I have is that I found a dead fly in my burger. It’s disgusting I almost threw up just looking at it, I opened it to remove the tomatoes and I found it there on the lettuce.
I tried calling and they didn’t answer the phone, I’ve been at work all day long and all I wanted was to eat. I’m not going to eat this sandwich and I’m not driving all the way back, I left them a voice mail and hopefully they’ll call back because this is unacceptable.
