During this visit, my husband and I placed a drive-through order totaling $16.22. After leaving the window, we discovered that our order had not been completed properly, even though the employee stated that everything had been provided.

I returned inside the restaurant to address the issue. While inside the establishment, I was informed by other patrons that the worker had been speaking negatively about my husband and me to other employees immediately after we left the drive-through window. Hearing that an employee was openly speaking about customers in this manner was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I then brought the matter to the attention of the manager on duty. Unfortunately, his response was also concerning. He stated that because he did not personally hear the comments, he could not address the situation. He also mentioned that both he and the employee work multiple jobs and that the restaurant is short-staffed. At no point during this interaction did he apologize for the situation or acknowledge that this type of behavior toward customers is unacceptable.

While I understand that staffing challenges exist in many restaurants, that does not excuse employees speaking negatively about customers or management dismissing legitimate concerns without professionalism.

Drive thru lines super long hangs in traffic. The day before dining room was open to the public but not today . Then I asked the manager why is the dinning room open to the public on certain day she told me it depends on what manager works. Just horrible don’t stop for lunch the lines are long

We ordered through the drivethru and when we approached to pick up at our window an order was not made and the cashier told us that the night shift manager did not take our order, we asked her if we could do it there and she said no and we said why and they did not give us reason, they were rude apparently they are discriminatory with Latin people they treated us super bad it was very unpleasant.

Wanted to try the hot honey boneless wings they were absolutely disgusting I couldn’t even chew the one I tried it was so dry I almost choked. These must have been sitting for at least 5 hours. And there was a hole in the top of the box looks like these were someone else’s previously and they returned them and I ended up with them

This location never let’s me down. Highly recommend their Gyros. The line may be long at times but the food is usually fresh and order is ALWAYS accurate.
