Did online order and when I arrived the lady working the drive thru didn’t speak English and had to find a young man to translate. Had to wait for my food and asked to pull forward. Sandwich wasn’t made how I ordered and was giving wrong dipping sauce. Excuse I got was order didn’t show up saying no tartar sauce and they’re out of Mardi Gras mustard ( guess they figured honey mustard was just the same). Was told I could wait for another sandwich but I declined and threw food out

My husband and I ordered a 3 piece dark, and a 3 piece chicken strip with Cajun gravy. When we pulled to the side to eat it, my husband discovered he had a 2 piece dark and one piece, white and my chicken strips were not fresh. They were room temperature at best. I was going to go ahead and just eat mine like they were. But when I discovered my husband didn’t have all 3 pieces, dark meat, I went back through the drive through, had them replaced the third piece which they seemed ok with doing so while I was there, I decided to try to get 1 fresh chicken strip to replace my last one since i was there and give them the lukewarm one. And they told me they did not have any that were fresh. I think they were lying. But either way, it was a young group of guys working there.So I assumed that their customer service only went so far. I was disappointed. I took a picture of how big it was (all 3 were that size) and the small cup of dipping sauce for size comparison.

Ordered a 5pc on my lunch break. In other words, I have limited time. I was so excited when I was given my food within 30 seconds of arriving at the window. Unfortunately, as I drove away, I realized why. The chicken inside was completely cold. Like it has been sitting out all morning. And since I Was unable to go back to the store to ask for a refund or for new chicken I’m Sitting here, unable to even eat because it’s cold, not to mention the potential safety concerns. Like, WHY was cooked chicken left out at room temperature so long that it would cool off? The audacity to take someone’s money and give them something that you know YOU wouldn’t even eat yourself, is diabolical. Thanks so much Karisbel for giving me ice cold chicken to eat. Super cool of you girl!

I visited Popeyes, and the macaroni was terrible—completely unrecognizable. They were busy, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of service. I’ve been trying to reach them by phone for over two weeks with no response. It’s not even about the $13 I spent—it’s about the principle. Money is too hard to come by to have it wasted like this. Paying for food and still having to find something else to eat afterward is unacceptable.
This location has a reputation for being in a rough neighborhood, but that doesn’t mean the service needs to match. The level of disregard for customers is beyond frustrating. Since COVID, some businesses have gotten way too comfortable using excuses to justify poor service.

I went to Popyes and I tried to get a hold refund but this lady called yamilet did not wanna go it after I kept saying give me my refund she was unprofessional and made my experience uncomfortable. She was rude, dismissive, and did not provide the level of customer service I expect from Popeyes. I tried to remain polite and not fight her , but the situation was nothandled respectfully

Popeye’s Chicken you can’t go wrong. I am a long time customer at this restaurant I haven’t had no bad experience. The temperature of the food is excellent. The service is very satisfied. The quality of the food is fantastic. I like the mild chicken better because it is a little big spicy for me. My complaining just keeping it real. Thank you for satisfied me and my family. Second time going to a Popeyes and getting the run around . This lady told me they had no wings and they were ONLY serving chicken and they only have mild chicken and the more i questioned her she just started speaking like she didnt understand English . Then she gave me the wrong receipt and told me the receipts aren’t right or something idk. Just finished the food the chicken sandwich was dry and didn’t didnt have any sauce the chicken was also taste less i feel like i wasted my money!

This is such the worst Popeyes ever order for my family last night . I had to wait for 32mins. for chicken to only get home and the chicken was very old .This had to be some chicken that was cook and sitting up for hours and hours . Called the store and the phone just gives a busy signal. This is sad and horrible .

I arrived at the restaraunt @9:41. I eventually got to the window at 10:48. Once at the window I was told that due to the restaraunt closing I couldn’t get the chicken sandwich I waited for over an hour for. So I proceed to change my order, and I ordered 3 piece special with 2 sides of red beans and rice and a popcorn shrimp combo with fries and a side of red beans and rice, although I felt my food should have been made. Once to the window the lady was VERY rude and after waiting on additional 12-3 min (11:01) I recieved my order. I pulled off while actively checking my food. I look in the bag and I was given a chicken strip and jumbo shrimp combo. They’d buried the strips and shrimps in fries hoping I didn’t notice. So I go back and the link has 6 people and I’m not waiting another second. I proceed to bang on the door in which I was ignored so I walked to the window. I let her know that wasn’t my order and i also hadn’t received my 3 piece. She slams the window and proceed to fix my order. While there I witnessed her being rude to other customers as well. At 11:11 I recieve my meal and I walk off to my car. Once in my car I noticed I was given 6 jumbo shrimp and about 6 French fries. So get back in the line behind 4 cars and wait an additional 10 min before getting to the window. I let her know my issue and she grabs the plate. I wait for 8 min to recieve my bag which contained ONLY SHRIMP! Where are my fries!???? She put her hand on her head and order the cooks to make my fries so I wait another 5-6 min for fries! Finally leaving at 11:37!!!! 2 hours for fast foo is crazy! And not to mention my kids were at home waiting to eat this entire time!
