I’m all for supporting local and I will continue to support them, but their coffee leaves much to be desired for…. I went through drive through and ordered my drink that was on their special list… their pecan pie chai, and got a latte that tastes watered down with no chai in it??… I realized it after I got to my destination so it wasn’t like I could turn around. This is about the 6th time trying a coffee from here and being so disappointed…they taste so watered down. Their lotus are fantastic and their food is good. The staff is always nice and courteous, the place is always clean. Just wish the coffee was better

We were in town for the day and stopped for a coffee. We were greeted by local friends we never knew and treated so kindly by the staff. The coffees were so good and the turkey wrap was delicious. The atmosphere was cute and clean and inviting.

Sweet Vail has become one of my favorite places. Lots of yummy food options, sweets, delicious drinks, and coffee! Such adorable atmosphere, always clean premises, and good tunes. I love plopping down in a spot with my laptop to get some work done. Can’t go wrong with ANY of their panini or wraps. The chai is always delish. I always find a way to juggle it into my budget to enjoy.
I LOOOOVE using the drive thru option, but when someone orders food it boggs up the line (it’s NOT a fast food place, so don’t expect 1 minute fly thru food in taste or time) I wish there was a way to separate food orderers to park to wait vs someone ordering a single drink or two.

Stopped here for coffee while camping. The coffee was OK, but the staff seemed confused on the concept of black drip coffee. They indicted they had one pot after a bit. It was decent coffee but expected more options from a coffee place.

Unassuming exterior, zesty interior, decent food once it finally came out. If 6 people order together you should either call their food all at once or deliver the food to the table. Making 6 trips across the restaurant to pick up orders one by one a minute apart is not nice.

In the drive through I tried to order an iced breve which is a pretty standard thing for a coffee shop. The girl taking my order rudely told me they didn’t have that and when I tried to explain that a breve is a latte with half and half she interrupted me and said she knew what it is but said I couldn’t order that because she didn’t have a way to charge me for it. I’m not sure why it was too hard to just put half and half in my latte instead of regular milk and I would’ve been fine with an up charge but instead I paid for a coffee I didn’t want. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a coffee shop that didn’t have a breve on the menu or at the very least allow you to switch out the milk. Besides that, the tone and attitude I received was very rude and unnecessary.
