We ordered a baconator, spicy chicken sandwich and large fries. The burger was ok but the spicy chicken was definitely old and not fresh at all. Also my large fry was old and the size of a small!!! Picture included. I mean come on Wendy’s do better.

Now I’ve been to this Wendy’s frequently throughout the years not so much the last couple years, but I went a couple weeks ago and everything was fine. Well I went today and food was decent and they gave me the wrong sauce. I opened one of them to dip my Tinder and I knew it was the wrong sauce because I don’t like hot stuff and I had asked for signature. I drove back through the drive-through to get the right sauce The gentleman at the drive-through window asked me what was the problem and I said the problem is you gave me the wrong sauce so he asked me for the sauce back that I had which I gave him the one that was unopened and so he gave me a signature sauce I said can I have two and he said well give me the other one back I said I opened the other one so I can’t give it back to you. I said that’s how I knew I had the wrong sauce. I don’t like hot stuff. I just thought that was just uncalled for I mean somebody’s asking you for a sauce and you screwed it up just give them the sauce so anyway that was unprofessional. Lot of Business people and professionals that work in this area so try to treat them professionally. That left a bad taste in my mouth. As if I was lying about the sauce… smh

Nice fresh beef patty with no dirty grill smell. Nuggets were definitely hot and out of fresh grease. I appreciate fresh clean grease. Satisfied with this location multiple times.

My husband order food for the two of us around 2:00pm on Wednesday 11/12/25. His burger was fine. However, my spicy chicken sandwich looked and tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer since the beginning of lunch. My chicken sandwich was so rubbery that I could barely bite a piece off. Then I tried calling to speak with a manager for a replacement, and no one answered the phone (I called twice). This was so inconvenient, seeing as I have an infant and no time to drive out there on the fly for a sandwich that should have been fresh when it was bagged the first time. Unacceptable and we will not be back. Fast food should be a last resort anyway. You all should not be in business.

This morning 11/29/2025 I went to this location on Rockside rd & ordered a breakfast sandwich & burrito at 7:37am I was asked to move out past the door this wasn’t the problem I got my food at 7:44 and pulled off at 7:50 I sent my sandwich back across the parking lot be a corrected because it was the wrong one. My daughter was told on the speaker as the lobby wasn’t open, that I would have to call in & tell them my sandwich was wrong & I would have 72 hours to get another on. Which makes zero sense if the sandwich is in hand & she was already there. I have never heard of such a ridiculous policy

Slow as hell drive-through. I usually give a lot of grace to those in the service industry but their drive-through is always wrapped around the building because they’re so slow. And this is during lunch rush, where you think they would know it’s going to be busy and would be more on the ball.
Going inside? It’s more of the same. I waited almost 20 minutes to have my order taken either inside or out. The difference is inside you can see the employees have zero hustle. They could have a line back to their lobby doors or wrapped around the building and they still act like only one or two people are there.
I can’t complain about the food. It’s fine. You’d think it would be fresher for as long as you’ll end up waiting but it’s just fine. Lobby is always dirty and doors have been locked on a couple of occasions so going inside isn’t always an option.
I’m basically done coming here. If you’re just out and about and have 30 minutes to kill waiting to eat, go for it, but if you’re on a lunch break, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

My wife and I are visiting Independence, Ohio. We are staying at the fabulous Red Roof Inn on Quarry Lane. We were out shopping , and became hungry for a good burger. My wife did a search , and found that the Wendy’s dining room on Dockside Road is open till 10 p.m.
The atmosphere of this Wendy’s is remarkable. It is very modern and classic at the same time, if you will. The artwork on the walls was inspirational and beautiful.
The staff are so outgoing and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
The employee who served us was so outgoing and accommodating, it made me feel as if he was a long time friend.
The food was delicious. The French fries were hot and salty , just the way we like them.
Our order was perfectly made , even napkins were included, and no ketchup on our burgers. Restaurants always overlook these details for us it seems.
The dining room was spotless, and quiet , and quaint.
The outside of the building can be mistaken for a bank , or a City Hall if a downtown metropolis. I give this place 5 stars and a 10 out of 10 on our foodie scale.
We will definitely be back soon .

I love Wendy,s breakfast, but this place ruins the name, the place could be empty but you still have to wait for service, every time I go there. They need to fixed this problem. Sometime I turn around in the parking lot and go to McDonald’s.

I just went through the drive-through. I’m missing my large fry. I’m in a time crunch to pick up one of my kids from school and I called they told me I can pick it up another time so I’m grateful they where willing to make up for it.
