Funny when a company responds to someone leaving a negative review, and they ask for you to respond to them, nut when you do, and fill out their form, nobody responds back to you, lol. This is what gives these crappy companies a bad name.
I haven’t had Arby’s in a very long time so I figured ill give it a shot, and boy what a mistake that was. I ordered a smokehouse brisket (just the sandwich) and wow! Its nasty. Says, “13hr smoked brisket.” It looks and tasted like, “13hr microwaved” brisket. You get 2 thin strips of dried nasty pieces of meat for $8. That is a freaking joke. I wished I looked at it before I came home because I would 1000% asked for a refund. Now I wasted $8 on this sorry excuse of a sandwich. Lesson learned! They’re just as bad as other fast food on quality of meat. Kinda like McDonald’s. At least McDonald’s is somewhat trying to do better on their so-called higher-end food items. You would think it would some what look like the pictures they’re advertising. My “smokehouse brisket” looks more like a temu version of a “smokehouse brisket.” Wish I could post pics here. It will blow your mind. Yelp, here i Come.

I placed an online counter‑pickup order for 8:40 PM and arrived at 8:44. Despite the posted hours saying they were open, the doors were locked. I could clearly see staff at the counter and several people sitting at tables, yet everyone ignored me while my food sat getting cold on the counter.
The manager actually instructed the staff to gesture for me to go through the drive‑thru—even though I was on foot because my wife was picking up a grocery order next door. Eventually someone came to the door only to repeat that I needed to use the drive‑thru. I’m not walking through a drive‑thru lane, and no customer should be told to do that.
The whole experience was unacceptable: locked doors during open hours, being ignored, cold food, and a manager who clearly needs retraining on customer service and basic professionalism.
I won’t be returning to this location.

I can’t believe I had never come to this Arby’s before. The service was amazing the food to the people were so nice and everything was so so clean. I want to congratulate the workers for being the best and thank you you guys made my day.

Restaurant was quiet, Only a couple people inside, Food was okay but kinda cold. I ORDERED A SHAKE with my meal, I had to go back up and ask for it nearly 15 minutes after getting my food, Worst part is the floors stuck to my feet like rat traps is summer heat.. Store looked and smelled clean which was pleasant. But them floors were super sticky, staff was not welcoming, Food was luke Warm. Over all not horrible, Not the Arby’s I grew up enjoying! I was working In the area, So no plans on returning.

Food was hot and fresh, dipping sauces were given without a hassle, and the food was good. Only thing I will say is more meat on the sandwiches would be nice and soda machine needs more flavor. The dr.pepper tasted like plain sparkling water.

Arby’s should focus on people’s skills and not on making sales. If the service is horrible, no customer will ever come back and now his business falls. Mauricio is a very rude, aggressive and disrespectful manager and I will never visit this place again. Mauricio must be aware that when he speaks his mother tongue no one else understands what is being said. He told me that my #5 food would be cooked on request, fresh, however, when I received it, the hamburger tasted old as if it had been heated in the microwave and when I bit the hamburger, it was cold. I brought this to Mauricio’s attention, and he immediately got upset and shouted at the employee in Spanish that I told him that the hamburger was not good and that it was cold. Please run your video again to see the transaction. Mauricio didn’t want to give me my money back, instead, he made a luxury roast meat sandwich to replace the hamburger, which is what I ordered, but at that time his service was very unpleasant. I didn’t want food from this establishment, just to get my money back. U.S. citizen or not NO ONE deserves to be treated in such a rude manner and by all means Maurcio should know this.

Food had the quality of something from a vending machine. I had the ham and cheese. It was the size of a biscuit and ham was salty. Had the texture of a sandwich that was just microwaved.
