I pulled into the drive-thru thinking, “Nice, no line.”
What I didn’t realize was I had just entered the emotional equivalent of the DMV.
I ordered a simple meal. Nothing wild. No secret menu hacks. No “substitute quinoa for fries.” Just regular, basic, “this-should-take-five-minutes” food. The cashier said, “Pull forward.”
Ah yes. The two most dangerous words in fast food.
I pulled forward into what I now call The Waiting Abyss™. Cars came. Cars left. Birds migrated south. I watched a full character arc unfold in my rearview mirror.
At one point I considered applying for a job inside so I could help finish my own order.
By the time the food arrived, I wasn’t hungry anymore. I had reached enlightenment. I understood patience. I forgave my enemies. I considered refinancing my car.
And the best part? The fries were cold. Not warm. Not “cooling off.” These fries had emotionally checked out 15 minutes before I even ordered them.
10/10 for personal growth.
2/10 for food temperature.
Would return only if I need time to reflect on my life choices.

First they took our order and then proceeded to let us know they were out of somethings when they got to the window, which was no big deal we just picked something else. But then they hand us a completely different order marked wacky pack for kids, which wasnt close to what we order either time. We go back around and they give us the correct-ish order they had messed up again. Mind you we only ordered a couple of sides. We ended up giving up after that.

Sonic is the spot! I just had one of the best experiences. Their peppermint milkshake is out of this world—seriously, you have to try it! What really impressed me was how they handled my massive order of 20 corn dogs without batting an eye. I absolutely love their corn dogs!! The service was super friendly, and everything was fast and fresh. If you’re looking for a fun, reliable place with awesome treats and great service, Sonic is it. Highly recommend!

TERRIBLE customer service from this location!! Was told to pull and wait on our drive thru order, waited 21 minutes, just for them to come out and ask “are you waiting on anything?” YES! My whole $32.62 worth of food and drink I ordered. We were then told to leave and wouldn’t be getting accommodated. No refund OR food. Left with only 3 burgers in the bag, and trespassed. What a joke lol. I’ve called every number listed, no follow up call from management at all.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Not only did we have to wait a long period of time while 2 other cars were quickly served and left but to top it off almost every last thing besides the tots were BURNT! it’s one thing to wait due to short staff but to wait and still get poor quality food and paying right at $30…come on now highly disappointed!

Everything and all the employees were great and enjoyed my dinner. The food is great just a little disappointed bc the smashed burgers aren’t smashed. That’s bc I guess customers complaining about the burger was falling apart. But that’s the whole point messy but delicious

We arrived and got in line for the drive through at 12:10. There were maybe 3 cars in front of us at the drive through line. We did not receive our food until 1:00. Frankly it wasn’t even that good. The only parts I would say I even enjoyed was the tater tots and the limeade. They also forgot about half the toppings for the wrap we ordered. Namely tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, and tater tots. Was good when I was a kid. Wouldn’t recommend it anymore though.

I don’t ever do reviews nor do i even eat at sonic. Was picking up food for my sister. ordered a hot dog with fries and a drink, and an order of chicken bites. Not sure how but they messed up everything. They gave us 2 hot dogs with no buns, and tater tots. How high do you have to be to mess that up?
