Traveling in the area and needed a quick bite before going to my hotel room. Young man that took my order and payment was polite, cheerful, and helpful. Ordered a 3 piece tenders and frosty. It was without a doubt the best food I have ever had at a Wendy’s. I ordered at the drive thru and he stated there would be a few minutes until my tenders were ready as they always cook to order. Hot and delicious! Whoever was running the frosty machine was on point. A different young man that brought my food was also very polite and cheerful. Best Wendy’s ever!

You have a manager Cynthia, who’s a real gem of a person. Super rude. Very unpersonable. Highly unprofessional. Would rather instigate issues over giving a refund for food that was ordered in a timely manner from the app but cant be made when I get to the store to pick up due to lack of supervision to employees. I went to Chester Blvd Wendy’s around 4:45pm last night got two baconator meals and two jr cheeseburger kids meals for the kids everything was hot and fresh and definitely was great dinner our cashier was Stormy she’s was outstanding very kind , knowledgeable and great customer service altogether. Typical Wendy’s food and restaurant. It is fast food. I believe the burgers are much better than certain other fast food places, but their French fries are much worse. I do like the beverage machines they have which gives a large selection for drinks. Fast food has become increasingly expensive for the quality so I believe the value has diminished.

The clean environment and friendly service saved this review. I was excited to try the fish sandwich after not having one for 10 or so years. Big let down. It was dry, lacked tartar sauce and overall flavor. Not sure if try that again. Luckily spicy chicken is always good.

I went through drive thru and ordered an Apple pecan salad. Half the size they use to be and no salad dressing or cheese crumbles. My cookie was thrown in the bag on top of my salad container, not in the sleeve they placed on top of the cookie.

Unbelievable work 12 hour shift. To come here on my lunch at 1030pm to get food that was dried out had been sitting for hours. Cheese not melted, hamburger hard along with the bread. I hope these people get the same food as they served me.

I was glad I could go in and eat, because the last time I tried to come here, three months ago, I couldn’t do it. I had a Maple Bacon Croissant, Seasoned Potatoes, Orange Juice, and a Frosty-cino with a shot of vanilla. I thought all of it tasted great. I don’t get to have breakfast out, but it was a great way to start the day. I had a picture, but it did not come up. I will try again another time.
UPDATE:. June 2, 2022-I came back to eat here this time, since I took a picture the last time, and it didn’t come up. I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich, French Fries, and I substituted the soft drink with a Vanilla Frosty-cino. It was delicious, especially the Frosty-cino. I did get a picture this time!
UPDATE:. March 6, 2023-I was in the neighborhood, so I came in to eat. I ordered a Pretzel Bacon Double Pub Burger, Medium French Fries, and a Medium Coke Zero. This Wendy’s had the pretzel bun, whereas the other Wendy’s didn’t. It is even better with the pretzel bun. The burger is delicious, but a little messy. It is one of those burgers I would have as a treat.

Got here there were only two people in line both waiting for their orders we finally got to order and it took 30 minutes to get the sandwiches ready and nuggets and then another 15 minutes for the fries they were the only thing hot the tea tastes like bleach the service is horrible I don’t recommend
