Awful. Order was wrong, Wendy D was rude, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
We ordered mini tacos without sauce and lettuce – came with lettuce. Had to correct the amount twice. The order of 8 nuggets is so over cooked and dried out, you couldn’t bite into them. Dog didn’t even want them. Couldn’t see the whole order on the screen and we missed not seeing a drink. When I told her we were missing a drink, she said she told us to check the screen. I told her we needed the drink, and she looks at me and says do you want the drink. No, I’m sitting in the drive thru just for the fun of it. Paid for the drink and we left. The food was awful. We will not be back to this store. I would’ve returned it, if I had the time, but I didn’t.

Always good, never really had any issues with my orders. Tried the new mini tacos…pretty good, although they didnt have the same flavor as the originals…sauce was good too!

Disappointed. I asked for the Southwest Chicken salad and there’s hardly any lettuce or toppings. They said the taco sauce and secret sauce was in the bag and it wasn’t. The call back number isn’t to the restaurant. Super irritating. I didn’t realize until I got home I didn’t get a receipt so going back is useless.

Very disappointed!!! Poor service!!! The employee at the window was very racist, rude and yelled at us the whole time, then proceeded to call the cops on us.
All we wanted was to pick up an order, it was right there, notification said food was ready, we waited for over 30 minutes, called multiple times with no answer, went to the window to ask what was causing the delay and this grown man started huffing and puffing, screaming very loudly, slammed the window and called the cops, NOT SAFE!!!
Cops threatened to arrest us for trespassing on Christmas eve, we just wanted to pick up food. We had to leave without the food to avoid getting arrested. This is America…

Pay $1 apiece for extra cheese and hot sauce and get like a drop in each. Dry tacos. Is this how you treat your customers Jack in the Box, take their money and pocket it where you feel you can get away with it? Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.
Edit: I just spoke with their district manager who informed me he had just recently taken over this location. He got hold of me the same day i voiced my complaint and went out of his way to make the situation right. With me customer service is a big issue. None of us look to make a mountain out of a molehill. We do expect to be treated fairly as customers. I’m always willing to give a business the benefit of the doubt when they show they value their customers, and this was how i felt in my conversation. I have no doubt he will follow through on his word.

After hearing all these bad reviews, something must be changed !. I don’t care about the food is more about the service & how they are treating their employees to act this way.
I worked 10 hours a day, I just wanted some tacos.
After waiting for 40 minutes, the workers looked like teenagers. 2 girls and a guy working at 9pm.
My tacos were frozen ! ♀️
I didn’t even had time to mentioned it because they laughed at my face and made fun of my car.
I just drove off cause I am an adult & I don’t have time to even argue with them.

First and Foremost, The man that took our order was incredibly professional. We asked for an item he didn’t know and asked us to hold on while he asked the Manager……All hell broke loose as she ridiculed him and told him to speed up she didn’t have all day. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
Then upon receiving my order the curly fries were a bunch of crumbs fused together with grease and 1 or 2 edible fries. When I asked for fresh curly fries the gentleman said sure and relayed this to the “manager” at which time she started making fun of me for wanting “ More Fries for Free” !!!
No ma’am, I wanted AN EDIBLE PRODUCT!!!!
This person should NOT be in ANY customer service position. She lacks the patience and kindness to actually deal with the public. Her treatment of me, my guest AND her total disrespect for her cashier is beyond belief and I for one will never return to this restaurant.
Warning : Thick skin required and don’t mind her belittling her staff
