Fairly new clean burger joint. Plenty of tables to sit at. Modern decor but no TVs for sports. The bathrooms were clean.
Food is ordered and paid for at the counter. They give you a beeper and page it when the food is ready. Download the App and get a free charburger with purchase.
I ordered the charburger and the squeeze got the Cobb salad. The burger tasted good, the meat was done perfectly, still juicy too. The only problem I had was the grilled onions were right on top so the top bun was a bit soggy.
The Cobb salad had plenty going on, lots of grilled chicken, bacon and cheese, The lettuce was crispy and there were pickled red onions and some avocado slices on it as well. It was a nice lunch.
Price points are about the same as other burger places.

We went to the Nampa ID location and got a family meal. Our chicken was completely raw!! Several members of our home had completely raw chicken. Luckily we caught it before our three year old had more than a singular bite. This could have been life altering for someone his age had he eaten more than just the outside. I added photos of the raw chicken to the photos section.

They call them “charburgers” but my patty was so flavorless and limp it tasted like they boiled it. Hamburger fell apart immediately, too much teriyaki sauce made the buns practically dissolve, I couldn’t even finish eating it. Didn’t even bother to grill the pineapple. Then they ran out of iced tea so only got one refill. Sweet potato fries were actually really good, so that’s a plus. But if you’re going to be wedged between Five Guys and an In-and-Out in practically the same parking lot you absolutely have to do better. $14 was a rip-off for what I got especially for how long it took for me to even get my food. Used to be a favorite of mine, it has severely slipped up in the last 5 years. Learn from my mistake and get lunch elsewhere.

Waiting for 30 mins in the drive thru is expected, so that doesn’t bother me. It’s when I get my order, I’m missing straws, napkins, fries, one of my meals. I always check before I leave but when there are 6 bags in one big bag, it’s hard to verify it’s all there. It’s not like my order was complicated either. Actually super simple. Spending that kind of money, driving as far as I do, makes me mad. It used to be amazing service and food, but has gone downhill quick.

2nd time coming thru drive thru!!! Their portobello burger is absolutely to die for and they have a sweet potato fries that are amazing I got the burger itself and the sweet potato fries around $11 i’m lactose intolerant, but it was definitely worth it. Their ranch is also so so good.!!

Oh my goodness, the food was so good, the wait staff was friendly and professional AND the cook came to the drive through window to give my two dogs a treat. Super cool.

3rd time ordering at this Habit, and 3rd time they have screwed up my order. I ordered through the app, where it allows you to customize your burgers and such. I opter for in-store oick up. When we got home… All 3 entrees where wrong. The receipt was correct, and showed my order the way I wanted it. Kids buger asked for no cheese no ketchup, well….it came with cheese and tons of ketchup. Mind you its for a kid, so it went to waste. Charburger with no mayo no onion, guess what…..mayo and onions!! Last was a SB Charburger no mayo no tomato….you know the story.
This is at 530 pm so the drive to pick up was busy and hectic around Marketplace.
Habit: if you are reading this. Do better. Why offer customization if you are not going to do it?

Food was alright, customer service is the issue. Asked for a salad with extra chicken did not get everything I ordered or extra anything got charged double won’t be coming back to this location. Tried to tell me I couldn’t get the sauce I wanted either.

Went at lunchtime and the drive thru was backed up so we took a chance and ate inside and boy was I thrilled! Only us and a couple other people, the place was IMMACULATE, staff was helpful and the food was delicious. 80s music playing at the perfect volume, hot and fresh food in a very clean restaurant. So happy with this Habit!

They were a little bit behind on their orders but they were going as fast as they could. My Charburger with cheese was cooked perfectly. The staff even offered me a free Shake for my order being a little late.
