I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. They made me pull around stating waiting on the fries. …I went in to get ketchup and the odd lady said they had none or she was slow cause she went and asked other employees and came ba k and said they had other sauces.They didnt have a counter with napkins and stuff like regular Mc Donald’s stores.
Anyway, I went back out to my vehicle and my food arrived by a nice lady that went and retrieved me a few ketchup packets. I didnt realize my fries were not full until I was already on 290… this was a bad experience. the fries were only a dollar but still they should have been full.

If I could rate their customer service less than a star I would. Stood at the register for upwards of 5 minutes and no one even even acknowledged me then I had to order on the kiosk. When I did order from the kiosk I put the folded egg and a round egg on a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. They just inferred that I just wanted the round egg instead of giving me both like I ordered. Once I figured that out I went to the front and waited for another 5+ minutes. Before I just gave up and left and decided to write this review. I got better things to do then wait at a register, just to be disrespected.

They are very stingy with the frappes. Every time I have gotten one from this location it is never full. I’ve never seen another do this. Dang $5 and they can’t even give you a full one. Ridiculous.

They never get my order right. Order the bacon cheeseburger meal and get home to find no bacon on it. Not once, but three times. Order a Mcrib no pickle no onion, so sauce only and get home to find it has nothing on it.

There where some great pitching mounds there. The field had great state of the art turf! The facility’s were immaculate. concessions were great! They were catering McDonald’s with all of the menu available! The service was amazing with great umpires and my friend hit his first home run. So if you want to have a great experience, come out to McDonald’s for the ultimate baseball fields and the best umpires and make sure that you give this review five stars see out their baseball players

I can see the fry machine, lil boy isnt wearing gloves or anything. Two employees were comforting a girl who was crying because someone yelled at her. Manager was rude to me and two other customers. Clearly poorly run

Would not recommend coming to this location. Made me park for the drive thru for the new frappe and was waiting for almost 30 minutes. Had to call them to ask about the frappe I was waiting for and had to wait another 10 minutes till they brought it out.
