Very disappointed, went in to eat and after I order my food they said that it’s Sunday and the dine in is closed. You can’t stay and eat your food. There’s no sign that says this.

I work another McDonalds location and this was downright horrendous, my McDonalds would be luxurious compared to the horrible service here… messed up a SPRITE berry blast and made it with lemonade?? can’t read that pure honey isn’t honey mustard, employees just sat and chatted for 10 minutes until assisting us.

If giving no stars was an option I would of locked that. I ordered at the kiosk then my daughter wanted a kids toy but I couldn’t find it on the kiosk machine. I placed my order and went to the counter as I watched 4 employees just chopping it up, one walks up as if she was going to take my order stops me mid sentence and says oh no I’m going on break, so I asked if one of the 4 people just standing there would help. As another employee as walking in from break, she asked me what I would like with her eyebrows raised the whole time does the transaction, and as I’m sitting at my table, waiting for my order to be brought to me, as it is stated on the table tent I waited 12 minutes for my food they called order number 27 and that was me. So I had to walk up to get my order. It was very rude and very impersonal. No matter what I go to. They don’t care about the customers anymore.

Went to the drive thru and told them the code they said the code didn’t work and unavailable. I had to tell them my order three times. They forgot half of my items even if you tell them you were missing something they would give you an attitude and say they did put all of the items those girls don’t know what they are doing. extremely dumb.
