If I could give negative stars, i would. I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel with extra sauce but no egg. I went home and got the sandwich out and found no sauce and egg on the sandwich. No biggie. I called the store to let them know and the 2 workers I spoke with were very rude and inconsiderate. After some discussion the worker rudely told me ” well I guess you will have to bring the sandwich here and get another one “. I live about 30 mins away so its not a short drive but the worker was implying I was lying, so I took the 30 min drive back. When I arrived at the location and waited at the counter, the worker took my sandwich and went to the worker which was in hearing distance of me and the worker told her I was here with the sandwich to which the worker replied ” are you serious? He really came back? Well, he will have to wait. I will get to it when I get to it “. These worker are very unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate of others. I understand people make mistakes but the behavior and just plain out unprofessionalism and hateful commentary is uncalled for. Then they proceed to incorrectly make the sandwich again after I said no egg 3 times. The worker then got mad at me for saying there wasn’t supposed to be an egg and she said ” you sat there and let me make the sandwich and didnt tell me ” when I said no egg 3 times …..

My husband and I order breakfast here every Tuesday before work, we order the exact same thing every single time. This morning we went through the drive thru as usual, we ordered the same thing as always which is the big breakfast 2 apple pies an extra order of pancakes and a few other items we paid and went to the window to get our food. While at the window we asked for an ice water and we were told they were to busy to give us ice water but they gave us a cup of ice. Then we got our food and realized we didn’t get our apple pie or our extra order of pancakes I went Inside asked for the manager and explained what happened The manager told me the big breakfast didn’t come with pancakes, and that I would have to pay again. So I paid the five dollars for 3 extra pancakes when my big breakfast meal was supposed to come with pancakes anyway The managers attitude was very rude and careless i’ve never seen this manager before so maybe she is new but either way this is not how customers should be treated

Don’t come here often but each time I do they never fail to ALWAYS provide the wrong order. Staff lacks training and they don’t check their work. I understand it’s busy working in fast food but train your staff to follow orders correctly or at least to double check the order or hire staff that is diligent in working hard and proving it in their service.

Repeatedly provides incorrect orders, regardless of being able to verify via a paper receipt. Yesterday I ordered 2 10 piece nuggets (app deal buy1, get1 $.99) with honey. Normal, regular honey. I received 1 nuggets with honey mustard. The honey mustard packaging and the honey packaging are nothing alike, and my ticket clearly listed two orders of nuggets. The sauce error has happened multiple
times.
Update 10/8/2025:
I believe the underlying issue here is staff training. I went through the drive through today, again to pick up a mobile order. The employee initially handed me a bag with no sauce (clearly listed on the order) and then tried to give me honey MUSTARD. I stated again I would like regular honey and described the packaging. Not sure if they were actually out, as the manager claimed, but as a former employee, I know they are trained to offer condiments, as well as to stock the area multiple times a day. Regular stocking would familiarize all employees with what supplies/condiments/etc are typically available.

Ordering through the Drive Thru was the WORST experience. We were cut off every few words and then told to repeat. Drinks not available, etc.
Every sandwich we ordered was wrong. Then all of our drinks were flat. Went inside to fix the order and get new drinks. All of the drinks were bad. I trashed the cups and came back to the car. My husband has been inside waiting for the food to be fixed for 20 minutes.(still inside) By the time he gets back he wont even eat the fries.
Every car parked is complaining about food and going back inside. The white truck we pulled in beside of is still waiting on his Mobile Order.
1 star is way more than this place deserves.

I ordered my Mobil order about 15 min before I left the house to pick it up. I live only 1.5 miles from the independence location. As I got closer the app notified me that the store was working on my order. I selected spot 4 when I arrived and waited over 10 min. I watched more than 20 cars go through the drive throughs. My app time stamped the receipt at 1:53 (10 min after I arrived and said I was there) and then my bank app chimed and the payment went through. So I thought ok sweet, theyre coming out. Waited until 2:02 and finally went inside to ask. The whole purpose for my mobile order and curbside was because I have three sick kids including my four month old who at that point had already been screaming for 10 of those min. Went inside and asked if they had my order. They said they were just then working on it so I went back to the car. I waited almost 10 more min and the lady just laughed and said oh sorry. Because when she got to my car I had the back door open and was trying to console my screaming newborn. Didnt offer any refund or sincere apology. I had 5 drinks and they didnt even bring a drink carrier. When I arrived home (1.5 miles later) the food was already cold. The whole experience was very very frustrating. To see so many people in line getting instant service and I was trying to be proactive by ordering ahead and had to wait nearly 30 min is unacceptable.

Do the workers know that they applied for the job? Just seems that they don’t actually want to do the job that they themselves signed up for…? Kind of cooky kind of crazy literally just quit it’s not like anyone’s forcing you to be a fast food worker just quit instead of making me waste money trying to get a quick dinner.

The meal was quite enjoyable, but we found the service to be somewhat unsatisfactory. We were charged for two hash browns, yet we only received one. Despite arriving early and the establishment not being particularly busy, we were pressed for time and unable to return to address the issue. We were simply quite disappointed with the experience. Pay attention to what needs to go in the bags. Simple mathematics!

Waited several minutes in the drive thru before an employee informed the car ahead of me explained the drive thru was down. (Didn’t bother to let the four other vehicles know) No big deal, I went inside to order from the kiosk, waited several more minutes before overhearing that they are unable to see any orders. My issue is that the employee at the counter didn’t bother to say anything to me or anyone before using the kiosk,and no signs were hanging up to let customers know about the issues or have an employee let customers know as they entered the restaurant. The kiosk didn’t game me a receipt so I’ve no was to recover the money I lost.

Last night and today, I ordered ice tea and other items without receiving a Monopoly sticker on my cups. I suggest discontinuing the game’s advertisement if the necessary pieces are not available.
